Atmosphere was nice. Had Ramen and a sushi roll. The sushi was phenomenal, but the Ramen was really meh. Bland, overcooked, far cry from what I have come to expect from japanese restaurants. If I had only eaten sushi here, my rating of their food might be a 5, but i was craving Ramen so bad luck I guess. Service was acceptable. I did have to chill for longer than I like with my menu before placing my order, but otherwise the people were nice and attentive.
Last night we had a fantastic experience at Sapporo, thanks in large part to our server, Chris. He was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making excellent recommendations throughout our meal. Chris helped us customize our love boat and even suggested some fantastic custom rolls that we absolutely loved. The food is good, have some dishes great and other just ok. The service is kind but usually slow to take orders. The location is good for us, price are little higher for the food, recommended visit on happy hour time.
