Honestly one of the best burgers and fries I've ever had . The burger was a little on the small side for me but tasted amazing and the fries were perfect . Many choices for beef and chicken sandwiches . Highly recommend ! I wish there was a Shake Shack in my hometown :( .

Great experience every time I come here. The food is always quick and tasty, and they are surprisingly quick for how crowded they are. Our server, Mack, really made the experience a delight tonight. Such genuine kindness, and a great attitude despite how busy the place is. 11/10 would come again and recommend!

I really love their food but I am sad it has been the second time that I am missing a burger from my to go order 😔. After the first time that happened I started checking to make sure my order was complete. I did not check this time and missed a burger again. I noticed when I got home so it did not make sense to trying go back.

This palce needs to totally revamp their prices structure if they wanna compete with inn and out. Not worth the price

The burger was good but ironically the shake was disappointing. First, a place called shake shack doesn't have large straws for shakes. Then it was melted when I got it which you would think might benefit the small soda straws they give you but the chocolate chips in the shake have other plans.

I hate being lied to, but I love shake shack. Management please update your hours or get a staff who won’t lie to customers. I came in at 10 (an hour before close) and asked if they were open. I work in the industry as well, so I’d hate to be the guy coming in right before close. I walked to the counter instead of self checkout; just to make sure I’m not being an asshole. The cashier told me they were already closed, I double checked the website and sign on the door to make sure I’m not being an asshole. She walked away before I could ask another question. I’ve been a loyal customer to the franchise for years and this is my first time being lied to because of someone being lazy. I tip well and always order a lot. I won’t be back to this location again
