The food and prices can't be real. I can't believe a half of sandwich was $7 and up. Prices definitely don't match the amount of food. My son was in from the navy and really wanted to try this. He was so so so disappointed. Even the drinks were gross. The lemonade was watery. The Sprite tasted like seltzer AND the total was over $80. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food because again this just can't be real. The one saving grace was the shake... NOTHING else was worth the money.

the food here is really tasty. the lettuce and tomato were not very fresh tho. kept nice inside the dining room, all the tables were clean.

Went today and my mom ordered the chicken bites. She got severely sick afterwards and threw everything up immediately after eating three of the chicken bites at the restaurant. This is the second time someone has gotten ill after eating here and I’d just avoid it altogether now.

Ambiance is good not too crowded and they have outside seats. I ordered burger, fries, milk shake and a regular fountain drink. The burger is okay nothing special and for the price of $11 it's not worth it. Soda machine is not accessible and you have to ask their staff to refill yours. I'll take In N Out or Whattaburger anytime over Shake Shack.

Ordered 2 burgers. 20 minutes later I was brought chicken sandwiches. Politely told them the got my order wrong. +35 minutes later I was brought my correct order. Waited almost 1 hour total. So unhappy with my experience.

I didn't know anything about this restaurant until I found myself meeting its founder, Danny Meyer, but my experiences have been very good, the burgers are a perfect size, there are different drinks in the place. It is in a very convenient location just outside the Woodlands Mall. The price is also reasonable, I don't have a photo but my experiences have been good.
We came at the last 5mins and they let us order. They were very nice and friendly. I recommend this place. Customer Service is on point. Shoutout to Elliryn, Ian,Rosa, Maddie, Kayla and Zack. #ShakeShack #

took forever to make our food, most of the staff was just standing around and talking, my food sat on a counter getting cold for about 5 minues, they forgot my fountain drinks then took and additional 10 minutes to get me a cup of soda, i watched the employee stand in a group and talk for several minutes right after i told him i didnt have my drink
