Gave it a one star because I didn’t have a choice but please check your food, donuts in this case before eating them. I got a full box of donuts with mildew on it. My husband ate two my sons ate two ages six and seven and when I went to grab me one, I immediately seenEach doughnut, remaining had multiple spots of mildew on them. Most of the time your body can properly digest but in some case you get really sick with bad side effects like really bad vomiting, diarrhea etc. I hope my little ones do not get ill or they will be hearing from me soon!

I've been a fan of Shipley Do-Nuts since I was 12 years old. However, my experience at this specific location has been a nightmare. The staff is consistently rude to the customers. They always give me a sour attitude when I ask for a note and pen to write down my order list because I am deaf and unable to speak. I've read other reviews that mentioned similar experiences at this location. I think the company should investigate and address these issues to protect their reputation.

At 5 o'clock in the morning, I should not have stale anything!! The glazed and chocolate glazed were old and tough. Was thinking about calling to complain to the manager but I'm concerned but I'll take the 2 dollar loss. My experience with Shipley Donuts this morning was horrible. I won't be returning.

Went to get my pick up order. They had none of the donuts I ordered and refused to give me a refund because I didn’t speak Spanish. The ladies were rude and didn’t even know a lick of English except the words “no can’t help” what the hell! I expect to be able to a Refund. I called the 800 number and they said I have to “wait” to get a refund until someone contacts me. I expect the owner or manager to call me or give me a refund. Now I have to go to my bank and let them know that Shirley’s stole my money and refuse to give me a refund.

Read: This place has really good, normal donuts, but their service and their kolaches are not good. Their service caught me off guard, even with a Spanish accent; they were very difficult to communicate with, and they messed up our order by doubling one of our donut choices and completely forgetting our kolaches even after repeating it. And their kolaches aren't even sausage! They're using store-bought hot dogs, which causes them to be way larger than necessary. I absolutely love Shipley's and have been to many of them, but this one simply isn't worth the trouble.

The worst experience ever, I'm US citizen since born and I speak English and Spanish. I came to get a ham and cheese kolache and I ask for it in Spanish and the employee responds in inglish, then I ask for speak in Spanish and she said thet she can't because the owner prohibit speak in Spanish.... I'll never come back to this place!!!

Honestly just incredibly disappointed, we went 20 minutes before closing time and the donuts were old and quite literally stale. The service was disappointing as well, the lady made a face when I came in and the second I left at 7:42 she closed the store even though there was lady right outside, who wanted some donuts more than 15 minutes before closing time. used to be one of my favorite donut places but after that experience I don't think I'll be coming back.

Donuts are good but the counter workers are unfriendly and greedy. If you buy 2 donuts they get mad if you buy a dozen they get mad if you drive there walk inside order wait then wait to pay they want 20-25% tip and if you don’t they don’t say thank you either way. Why do these establishments want their businesses run unprofessionally?

today August 12 around 10:30 in the morning I went with my husband for some donuts and coffee and they mopped but they left the floor super wet and if there was a cone where it said wet I was walking with caution and on the way out already with my coffee in hand I slipped my ankle was red and scraped I sat in a chair with pain and no worker asked how I was if it hurt if I was okay I left and no one asked anything
Um...delicious! Enough said. Highly recommend!
