Came for a birthday dinner at the hibachi, everything was fantastic! The service we got at the hibachi was very entertaining, the food tasted excellent and it was a great night!

Cheap Japanese that looks like Chinese. Very bad made Japanese food. This is no authentic Japanese. Although service was fine, food is terrible

My boyfriend and I went to eat here on a Saturday night and there were about 10 other people in there. RED FLAG! we sat down and we were given our soup and salad the salad dressing was so off tasting and straight up nasty. Not to mention the hair I my boyfriends salad. And the soup was just ok. We had decided that we wanted to leave so we said that we had to go and we had a few bites of our salad and a bit of soup and they made us pay. It was 15 dollars.

We came on a night where they were short staffed, only two cooks and one server for the hibachi. Our server was absolutely amazing and sweet and not only was she the sweetest but she was the bar tender too! The food was delicious and our cook, Juan, I believe, was hilarious and cooking back to back. Very good staff and there isn’t another shoguns as good.

We came with a group of 11 at 5 pm on Sunday and they had us seated quickly. Before I go into the food reviews I want to say that the Hibachi Steakhouse Chef was a blast! He made our birthday girl feel special and kept us all laughing. I had the Seven Dwarfs sushi roll which said it was spicy and it had a nice kick to it with the Sricha sauce. The rest of the crew said the chicken fried rice was appetizing and the teriyaki steak was ok. All in all we enjoyed our evening. The only negative was that the bathrooms left a bit to be desired.

Although they don't have a dedicated GF menu. I told the server when we walked in. She then told the cook that came and cooked in front of us. She reminded him in front of me. He then cooked my food first with gluten free soy sauce and didn't cross contaminate to the other food on the same grill due cooking mine first. Awesoke experience.

Everyone was friendly but the food was lacking. My fiancé and I had entrées. We took a few bites off of it and it was to overcook into burnt. We did not finish the meal. We let our waiter know that we will not be eating it. The only thing really that we had of our entrée was the salad And soup. The only thing the restaurant did was take 50% off of the entrées when we didn’t even barely eat any of it like I said we took a few bites and it was way over cut, but they still wanted us to pay for it. I do not recommend . The food just had too many burnt edges and burnt flakes that that’s all you were tasting.

When i went to shogun the food was really good and overall I had a great time watching the chefs cook the food and being close to it, but once I got home I started to feel sick and than threw up minutes later. I personally would not recommend to eat at this
