This is a lovely little restaurant. I almost don't want to leave a review and keep them a secret for myself. We sent for brunch and everything we ordered was phenomenal.

The food is always delicious and works for every palate, but if you want a real Mexican flavor experience, order chilaquiles or enchiladas! The best in The Woodlands!

Simona’s Bistro is truly a hidden gem in The Woodlands. The moment you walk in, the bright and cozy atmosphere makes you feel welcome, with a charming international touch that sets it apart.
The French Toast was the absolute highlight of my visit — perfectly fluffy, with just the right sweetness and texture, paired with fresh fruit that made every bite unforgettable. Honestly, one of the best French toasts I’ve ever had, a must-try on their menu!
To pair it, I ordered a Hugo Spritz — light, refreshing, and elegant, with that subtle floral hint from St-Germain. It’s the perfect brunch cocktail, and when combined with the French Toast, it creates a flawless match that elevates the whole experience.
Service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly, and the ambiance works perfectly for a brunch with friends or a special breakfast for two.

The empanadas were phenomenal, and my chilaquiles were pretty good, albeit with less salsa and frijoles than I would’ve hoped.

I absolutely loved my visit here. The migas and the avocado toast are both excellent, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the portions are generous without being too much. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with a warm vibe that makes you want to linger and enjoy every moment.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Service is quick, but you never feel rushed, and it’s clear they take pride in giving every guest a great experience.
It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing brunch, a casual coffee break, or catching up with friends over good food and conversation. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, which adds to the charm and makes you want to come back again and again.
If you’re looking for a place that serves consistently delicious food with great service, I highly recommend stopping by and trying the migas and the avocado toast. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll probably find yourself planning your next visit before you even leave.

Expensive and unhealthy, I would not recommend it.
The food was deliscious, chilaquiles were soo good! Service was good, the waitress was friendly and accommodating. The place is small for large parties of 8 or more in my opinion.

We visited the Woodlands in February 2025, and we were looking for something unique. My wife quickly found Simonas Bistro, located minutes away from our hotel. I was amazed with the flavor, quality and the amazing service they offered is. I’ll come back every time!

I had an awful experience at Simona’s Bistro. My friend and I sat down, and she needed to take a work call. The waiter asked if we wanted anything, and we said no. After the call, we decided to order an espresso. As I was waiting to order at the counter, a woman who appeared to be the owner told us we needed to pay. We explained that we wanted to order an espresso, but then she told my friend she couldn’t have one unless she paid a "meeting fee" for using the space. She claimed my friend was too loud during the call, even though the space is very small. The owner was incredibly rude, saying they weren’t Starbucks, but she never asked my friend to lower her voice or move outside. There were no signs indicating a meeting fee would be charged. Her behavior was disrespectful. She was not understanding at all and just wanted money. We’ll never be dining at this bistro again.
I absolutely love the avocado toast! 💚 The coffee is hands down the best in town, and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming.
One of the worst dining experiences I have had. I made reservations for 10 people for my daughter’s birthday brunch. When I made the reservations, the associate asked me if we were celebrating anything. I told her yes a birthday. And she informed me that they charge $2.48 per slice to serve a cake if one is brought in. That completely blew my mind. I have taken birthday cakes into numerous restaurants and have NEVER been charged to have it served. I’ve ALWAYS sliced it and served it myself. However, we wanted to give this place a try and it was my daughter’s birthday so I was willing to make this exception. Then the restaurant called 2 days prior to the reservation to confirm and informed me at that time that they also had a $24 per person food and beverage minimum since it was a large party. Mind blown once again. I’ve never encountered that at any other restaurant as well. But again, we wanted to give this place a try. Fast forward to the actual dining experience on New Year’s Day. Our party ended up being 7 adults and one baby so they did not enforce the $24 food and beverage minimum which was much appreciated. However, the service was absolutely terrible. My daughter’s boyfriend had to go up to the counter at least 4 times to ask for items we had already asked for and never received, such as sugar and creamer. And the restaurant was SUPER stingy on sugar and creamer. We were literally given 2 packs of sugar and maybe 2 ounces of creamer for a huge cup of coffee. So we had to repeatedly ask for more sugar. And it also took about 30 minutes for one guest to receive his latte. My 10 month old great nephew was the baby that joined our party with his mom and dad. He was in a perfectly happy mood, playing with a small rattle and giggling and very well behaved. An employee, actually the owner I believe, came over to the table and handed him some sort of random kid’s toy and snatched the rattle out of his hand. This was completely shocking and inappropriate. I guess she thought he was making too much noise but the music in there was blaring so I don’t think the rattle was distracting at all. Then we had a couple of issues with our orders and again the owner questioned our validity on what we had ordered and she was extremely rude and short with us. In summary, unless you enjoy horrible service and rude behavior from restaurant owners, I would 100% NOT recommend this place. 0 stars. Do NOT recommend.
Dine in was very elegant and the food was top tier. The service was excellent too. We will be back soon.
