I absolutely loved my visit here. The migas and the avocado toast are both excellent, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the portions are generous without being too much. We visited the Woodlands in February 2025, and we were looking for something unique. My wife quickly found Simonas Bistro, located minutes away from our hotel. I was amazed with the flavor, quality and the amazing service they offered is. I’ll come back every time!
