Just ordered three combos and drove 10 minutes home. Tater Tots were soggy, all of the burger buns were old and tough, lettuce was whilted and brown in some spots. Absolute trash!! This is what you get when kids run the place. Trash customer service. Never again.

HORRIBLE customer service from the manager. I purchased several gift cards from this location, for teacher gifts, and went today to use 3 left over ones. They had zero balance, although they were never used. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and argued with me for at least 20 minutes. She even found my purchase transaction and I showed her my credit card charge, and she would not refund me $15. Our family has eaten at this location for 17 years. I will never go back there. Very disappointing.
