Having Sorriso for Thanksgiving dinner was the best decision. John, our lead server, gave us such good conversation during our meal and had excellent instincts on what would make our evening spectacular. The top highlights were brown butter gelato, 30 layer lasagna, bread caprese salad(?), and the pumpkin soup. Delicious. I can't say enough good things about John, either. Saturday dinner service. Server was managing an entire section and was very busy. Octopus was burnt. Grilled chicken was dry and over cooked. Chicken Parmesan was overcooked and dry with hair like object in one piece. Server visibly not happy with less than 15% tip.

John B, was an excellent server , definitely recommend this place solely because of his politeness . Definitely needs a bonus/raise.
