Wanted to return an unused, defective mug I purchased 5 months ago with the receipt - yes I wanted to return/replace it at other branches but I was told to go back to the store I purchased it. The staff and manager have no idea about the policy. I checked online and there is no info on returning defective items. They would not take it back or replace it. First time in my life I’m stuck with a defective item. Got no help here at all.

Ami was very attentive and was helpful with describing the dishes. I was very happy with my prosciutto wrapped branding and the short rib gnocchi was excellent as well. Raspberry sorbet dessert was a delightful finish to a wonderful meal at Sorriso!

Cesar is a great bartender, drinks are very consistent and the service is phenomenally professionally and friendly. Also the meatballs they have to offer are very delicious and is a must to try. The next would have to be the pizza, it’s a work of art and is also a must to try.

Great dinner at the bar at Sorriso. Fantastic service from Cesar who was very attentive and made me one of the best Old Fashioned cocktails I’ve ever had (I had two). Amazing new pizza created and made by Romiro which will be added to the menu soon. Overall great experience.

Her impeccable customer service was incredibly accommodating and sweet, making my dining experience truly memorable. Now, let's talk about the Caesar salad – it was a culinary masterpiece, a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds, leaving me craving for more. And the pièce de résistance, the sausage pepperoni pizza! It was nothing short of a gastronomic revelation. My stay was great! Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, high level of attendance. All requests were completed via online chat quickly. Front desk was very helpful and housekeeping service is always perfect. The hotel has good location on a waterway and is close to grocery store, restaurants and shopping mall. It was surprise to find Starbucks in a lobby that working from 6am.

The atmosphere at the Rooftop is delightful, as well as the appetizers . The prime rib melts in your mouth. The servers are so efficient and friendly, and serve everyone with a smile, especially Merhan Boules. I’m so glad the UV Energize chose the Westin Nashville!

Amazing service by Samuel! The food was delicious ?. Wish I had that fresh breakfast everyday!! Location is prime! Dinner/Lunch is also very tasty and full of flavor. The river view is amazing! I will be coming back!

Extremely relaxing accommodations and attentive and warm staff! As soon as we walk in and smell The Westin we are at ease! Pool could use some attention but otherwise delightful experience! Larry was so polite and helpful every day during our stay and helped us as we were leaving.

My husband and I came to Sorriso for our date night and the food was phenomenal. Trevor, our waiter, was very attentive, friendly and explained the days specials. It was our first time and we will definitely be back.

S-l-o-w service. One should not have to wait 15 minutes to receive an order of 1 drink. And the crew shoulder prepare drinks as they are ordered not how they choose. And also, the crew needs to pay attention. Prepare the correct sizes. This is 2 consecutive days with time consuming issues.
