I have ordered from this location several times (very early morning). Quality of product has been consistently very, very good. Excellent service. It’s my “go to” Starbucks location. Favorites are chai tea latte, iced royal English breakfast latte, black iced tea, bacon Gouda egg sandwich, and bacon Gouda egg bites.
The service I receive here is always friendly and welcoming! The staff, especially the morning crew - always quick and friendly!

This location frequently has quality issues. Finally at the last straw today. Ordered 6 drinks, 5 of them are bad. Not just incorrect, but actually taste awful. That was our last time trying. We'll have to drive a little further to find competence.

I am taking the time to review this Starbucks today to say thank you and call out a wonderful employee who made my day by offering me water.
Today the app was down...and I was coming from physical therapy so was feeling wiped out ..after ordering egg bites, my mind went blank on the cold drink I wanted...it was not in the drive thru sign...and when the app is down, the menu isn't easily accessible. So I said I had drawn a blank and ordered just egg bites.
When I reached the pick-up window my egg bites were ready. But the young woman at the window looked at me and SAW me...and also asked if I would like a water.

Nice enough people, but the downright dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Look at the front windows look at the front walkway. It’s gross. It’s disgusting. It’s been like this for a long time. Clean it regularly like other owners do.
Lots of seating, I think they could add in a little more chairs, it does fill up fast
