I ordered a white mocha frap with three extra shots, they used the coffee mixture and no shots at all, then dumped about 90% ice mixture in the cup, completely frozen and impossible to drink. I hate to complain and never leave negative reviews.

This location is the best starbucks ever and I don’t say that lightly. I order from this location weekly and the service is always absolutely amazing. The people who work here are fantastic and very kind. The drinks and food are consistently amazing too. I’ve never been to a starbucks location as great as this one. I usually never leave reviews but I just had to for this place because of how wonderful the staff is.

This place is on the corner of the building. All the nice scenery in this wealthy neighborhood makes it hard to see but once you're in the parking lot, you can't miss it. The vibe inside was.. a vibe. Neither here nor there but everyone stared at me as if they've never seen a brown person there so that was hilarious. I'm talking about the customers. The employees were good. "Good morning! And have a good day!" When I didn't say anything? Yeah, that's A+ on my book!

This is not our preferred location but we visit it occasionally due to the fact that they have a convenient drive-thru. At least 4 times in the past they have asked us to park in front because they are "working" on our mobile order. The orders have never been more that 2-3 items and in at least 2 instances there were absolutely no cars behind us. So what is the purpose/benefit of making us park??? We put in the mobile order to help them get a head start and that is really no different than if we had just ordered at the intercom so why do they do that with a small mobile order? Frustrating!

This is by far my fav Starbucks in the general area. So much so that I’m leaving this review for no other reason than the simple fact that it deserves it for being so awesome. Staff is always welcoming and nice and deserve all the tips. Location is convenient and not a huge mess like other locations. Great service and never have to wait unusually long. Will always come to this Starbucks if i have the option even if it’s out of the way.
