Went through the drivethru for hot chocolates @ 8:45pm, after a chilly soccer match. Drive thru seemed closed, but the hours posted said close @ 9pm & all the lights were on.Tried the door - three employees standing behind the counter on their phones. Doors locked. Don’t post open hours if you don’t plan on being open.

Worst customer service ever, I was on the drive-through for 20 minutes, I ordered a Frappuccino , a butter croissant and a refresher.When I get to the window I got a sandwich a hot coffee and a 1 dollar charge for asking my refresher with no ice , not only I didn't get any apology from the men that was taking my order or offer me to do it correct , when I ask for the manager "Beck " to explain what was going on, she saids oh well yes things happened... and I told her at list I deserved an apology for being 20 min on line with only 3 cars I front of me, I request my receipt and a refund of the hot coffee she never Ofer me to do the Frappuccino because of their mistake . But listen to this the strawberry on the top of the cake, when I was leaving the window she saids Fuck you ... great job BECK you're the employee of the month !

Rose is a blessed soul, they were out of pumpkin spice and she was determined to get me to try one of the new holiday drinks . We went through about 3 but we found a winner. Just wanna say thank you rose for your patience, understanding and willingness.

Little old white lady was extremely rude I went in looking for a cup told me “who is tellingYou we have those cupsWe Don’t have any.” I asked if they ever got any she said”NO” a friend of mine went in not even an hour later looking for the same cup and told her she did have some turns out she had them hidden in the back.

Worst customer service ever! Told them I wanted a double shot espresso Frappuccino and they gave me a brown sugar drink. The lady had the audacity to talk back at me and say that was the drink I ordered when I didn't. It's not a complicated order. Also wanted an oat milk substitute and she gave me almond in the brown sugar mess up. Obviously didn't listen to my order. Her and the man that were working were talking about me in front of me as they made my second drink. So rude. Starbucks is also supposed to be inclusive and treat all their customers with respect. All the white women before and after me were treated differently by inviting them to have a conversation. It was an automatic switch when it became my turn. Classic woodlands racism. Glad I don't live in this toxic place anymore.
Honestly I love this Starbucks, the employees are so sweet, I rarely go but they always remember what I normally order, they are amazing and friendly

Pretty Dirty. Lucky I had just purchased cleaning wipes so I could sit at a table and drink my espresso. Took three wipes to get it this clean ? Nervous to drink this espresso though!

Horrible! I went in there today and asked how I wanted my green tea frap. With mint, whip cream and chocolate drizzle and chips. The young man said " if I wanted a matcha sweeten instead". I said "i've gone to other starbucks who are okay with me ordering like this". He cut me off and said "he gots it and been working there for years".I was with a friend and she asked what I ordered, I described it to her and then the young man over heard and asked If I wanted whip cream I said "yes". He tried to be nicer but it didn't make up for his rudeness and he didn't even bother to look at my order I had on my phone. so when i got my drink it didn't have the chocolate drizzle. I didn't bother him again. just left. AVOID going to this Starbucks at all cost. Lazy and rudeness. This is the first time that I actually want to avoiding going to a starbucks.
