This is one of my regular Starbucks stops… and I keep coming back because it’s one of the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to anywhere. The service is fast and friendly. If there’s any issues with your order they’ll correct it immediately… but it rarely happens. Excellent team. It’s a great central location (Trader Joes next door) so it can get pretty busy but there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.I’d recommend not parking in front of the Starbucks because the drive through line can make it difficult to leave. But there’s tons of parking around the perimeter. As for atmosphere… it’s always clean and friendly but Corporate, if you’re listening, give them a makeover!Parking: Don’t park in front of the Starbucks (glass windows) because the drive thru line can make it hard to back out and can take a while to leave. Park along the outer perimeter (at the tree line or parking lot outside the drive thru area)… it’s much easier to exit.

I’ve decided it is a waste of time to sit in line to order because this location SELDOM has a supply of selections I request. The inventory control is dismally and consistently sub-par. Recently, I placed an order for a toasted bagel and cream cheese - OUT; then for a buttered croissant- OUT; then for Cheese, Crackers, & Grapes Protein Box - OUT. And it doesn’t matter what time of day…inevitably this site does not have the selections. It’s a waste of time for me and a waste of profits for Starbucks. It is a problem that can be corrected through better management of inventory control. And the sad thing is the team seems to be proud they’ve sold out items and couldn’t care less that I’ve sat in the drive-thru line for 10-15 minutes because there is no path to vacate. The other Starbucks locations - on Sawdust and Research and one further down Kuykendahl, south of London Way, do a better job in inventory control. And they hire and train teams who are more customer-sensitive and focused on providing consistently great customer service. Disappointed For the LAST Time!

$7 for a large hot tea. $1 tip. $8 total is a bit ridiculous in terms of pricing. I’ve had the same at other locations for 1/2 the price.

Drive thru, the staff was polite, friendly and nice. The dragon drink was good. Shame that this location does not have cookies and cream cake pop in their menu.

My mother wanted a refill of her coffee this morning and the entire staff ignored me while trying to order. They instead chose to have a casual conversation with another customer who was right next to me while I waited. I eventually decided to leave after being ignored for several minutes and was not able to get the refill or make another order while inside. Incredibly rude service and I won't be returning here.

I’m very disappointed in this location. On Sunday their posted hours are they open at 530am. For three weeks in a row I have ordered at exactly 530am via their mobile app and then gone to the store only to be told they are not open and that they would remake my order on a different day. On each occasion I have asked for a refund and been denied, being told that I would have to come back for the refund. For the first two weeks I came back to the store later in the day and the employee refunded me the drink that I ordered. I then asked that this be elevated to a manager because it was frustrating to have this be a continual problem. The Starbucks employee told me that her manager was on vacation and that she would not be acting on my concerns.Ok, here is where the twist happened. This past Sunday morning 1/7/24 I once again ordered at 530 and AGAIN showed up to pick up my drink. Their store hours say they are open, their app lets me order, but the employee tells me that their management team has scheduled them incorrectly and are not open. I was frustrated, but decided to once again come back and ask for a refund. When came in later in the day I was told that they would not give me my money back. I was confused because this was how it was handled the previous 2 occasions. I questioned the decision and the barista told me that they could remake my drink but would not refund me. I was quite upset. At this point she got a team lead (I’m not sure, maybe it was just another employee) who decided that since I had mobile ordered the drink I was not entitled to a refund. He was condescending and rude. I got more and more agitated because it was STARBUCKS that took my money during their posted hours and then decided they didn’t have to deliver their product. This happened not once, but 3 times!!I am writing this review because that male employee who decided to be condescending, belittling and made me feel badly (in fact, ruined my day) … it was unnecessary. If your company messed up, take ownership and make it right. I buy Starbucks almost every day and I understand that mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is your response, shame on you, be better.

This location is really on that switch and bait promo. Since after purchasing a quality grande drink the did not honor the free hot chocolate. With the drive through employee with braces, said the prom had ended. Yet the had signage inside the store that still advertised the promo. I went on December 31st. Very disappointing.
