The oriental attendant was friendly but the attendant with pink hair was not only unfriendly but also rude.

We visited Starbucks today around 7:15 we asked for a matcha with cold foam on top and the guy said their blender is off. I understand you close in 45 mins but at the end of the day one of Starbucks’ main things are drinks and blended drinks why would you turn off you blender if you know you close in 45 mins and you still have people ordering blended drinks. This is the second time this happens to me and I believe it was the same guy from last time, he seemed upset and he was giving everybody an attitude and the same response when they asked for a blended drink . As a customer service employee I try to side with people in this position as much as I can because I understand. There is no reason why you should have an attitude and look like you wanna finish the job early when you have a certain out time.

Paying $3.30 for a coffee and it's not good and I asked to get another one and they couldn't give me another one, the cream they gave me was spoiled

I do not recommend this place ever again

I came here the other day with my daughter. I got the mocha cookie crumble frappe and my daughter for the vanilla bean one. Our drinks were perfect and we were in target of course so able to walk around and enjoy them while doing some shopping which was great of course!

Worthless staff ... when I asked where my beverage was that I had been waiting fir for 10 minutes, I got the reply that someone must have taken it ... shrugged her shoulders and that was that .. no soup for you Starbucks ... foreverI loved the response I got from Target .... NOTIf an establishment is concerned about my bad experience, an apology on the spot would have been appropriate. Instead I got a shoulder shrug as if it was my fault.You guys take me name. I listened for my name, my name was NEVER called.Target is a fine establishment. My complaint is about Starbucks only.

Very bad experience for today. My drink was made incorrectly and when I addressed that they argued with me. I have never had a bad experience before at a starbucks- they're always so nice if their is a mistake and fix it. Not the situation here.Giving 2 stars because the girl that took my order was friendly.

This Starbucks location made my day! They are extremely friendly and sweet! I was having a crummy day and to top it all of one of my coffee cups that I had just purchased broke out of the store. Rima was so sweet and loving she exchanged it for me! Thank you all so much!
