First of all, I understand working closing shift is difficult, but there’s no reason to take it out on your customers. Me and my friend walked into this subway at about 9:10pm on Thursday October 23rd, 2025. The lady at the front obviously seemed upset about cleaning the floor and made a snarky comment when we asked if they were still open. She took our orders and was angrily slapping our food onto our sandwiches. We were very polite and showed no attitude whatsoever, but that’s all we received back. I had asked for extra ranch, which is just my preference, but she said “my manager is not here but I will but you’re not supposed to.” Never have I been denied this in my years of going to subway! I felt disrespected, and so disappointed in the service that I received tonight. I will not be returning to the Subway on college park drive.

First thing that caught my eye was the guy behind the counter wasnt wearing a hair net. Besides that, this was the SLOWEST service I've ever received at any Subway. We originally wanted to order three sandwiches,but after seeing him work on the first one we decided to just keep it to the one. He literally waited for the first sub to toast and didnt think start on the rest of the sandwiches. Granted, we were the only customers at the time, but thats just not what im used to for a Subway.

I placed an order online for two foot-long’s. I walked in to pick up my order and I was thankful I didn’t leave a tip .I received one foot-long but ordered two is very clear on the receipt that was attached to the package !!! I showed it to the woman working behind the counter and she laughed and said oh I didn’t see that let me get that for you!! Not sure why she missed that has never happened to me before !!! is she on something or does she not know how to read English?
I had to stand there and wait for her to make the other foot-long but stepped away to take the other sandwich out to my son the one that she made !!! I walked back in to the subway and she’s already got my sandwich packet, so I’m assuming it’s correct since I brought it to her attention that she didn’t make it at all !!! I get home open up the sandwich which is very lightweight. Very skimpy theres no mustard ,mayonnaise -completely dry. I did not ask for anything like that on top of that. There was a couple of little onions a couple of tomatoes couple slices of meat a Skippy piece of cheese no greens no which was on my order!!!
I tried to call the store. No answer! On the receipt there’s a coach name to communicate any issues with an email. I called and left a voicemail. Nobody returned my call !! I emailed no response so I sent another email. Explain that I’m going to go above management and then I get an email says I’m sorry for the delay. What’s the address of the store. There was no I’m sorry you had a bad experience please let us make this better for you. We will take care of this issue and talk to this worker and make sure this doesn’t happen again. Nothing like that !!! I call that poor management so the next step would be to communicate with corporate on how it’s managed and how they deal with issues losing customers!!!

Got a double meat roast beef and not only was I shorted on the meat I was charged $18. This sandwitch costs $14 at other subways. Not coming back

I was in Subway today the person name Anyelamil the Spanish lady was so good and kind with us she is the only one that make my sandwich so fine and looks good to eat I allways go when she is there you

This Subway is consistently sub-par, especially with online-app orders. Today half the fountain buttons didn’t work and they didn’t get the order right- please read more closely!
