Went in today at 1pm never acknowledged. Stood and waited while Hispanic lady at counter made some online orders. Awkwardly standing there with no acknowledgement. Then another employee comes out and never looks up. Finally I get asked what I want. I order my sandwich. Employee proceeds to speak to me in Spanish I spoke in English she continues to speak in Spanish. Very rude to customers.

I placed an order for pickup while i was in the parking lot. i watched the girl pull the ticket and lay in on the counter and stand in the corner for like 5 min on her phone. didn’t start making my sandwich until i walked in and asked her to.

I visited the store today the service was excellent the young man that helped me was a very friendly unfortunately the receipt doesn't show his name or I would put it. I had not been a Subway in quite some time this was a pretty good experience particularly the service

Horrible customer service by 2 Hispanic ladies. I waited 10 minutes for lady to come out thr storage and totally skipped me. Sandwich making experience was extremely rude, then I sat down to eat and one of the starts moping with bleach solution all around me while I ate not even saying excuse me. She almost moped my shoes and never directed any conversation towards me. Rude...rude

I came by at 6:35 on Tuesday, May 14th and stood waiting for someone to come out from the back for 10 minutes. I called out five different times and could hear someone in the back but no response. When I came in and left the front bell went off but no one came out.

Picked up an online order this afternoon in a torrential downpour. Get home and neither sandwich was made correctly. As opposed to going back out in the weather I messaged subway directly. Had to put in store numbers, order numbers, and all sorts of information so they can identify the store and order. They responded very quickly. However, all I received was an email from a person claiming to be the area manager, Socorro Solis, that basically said oops, our bad, better luck next time. The email was extremely possessive, talking about his store, and his staff, but didn’t offer any means of fixing my problems. Obviously customer service isn’t a priority for this subway so I won’t be returning. As for this Solis individual. There is only one n in manager so you might want to fix your email signature because it makes you look like a moron.

I honestly don’t understand all the bad reviews for this location. Every time I have gone the sandwiches were perfectly made and delicious and the service is by far the friendliest of any location I can remember.

These sandwiches were so disgusting, even with the bogo promo they’re running. I tried contacting them, but instead I got the most pathetic email from their area manager, Socorro Solis, about product nutrition, which had nothing to do with how bad these sandwiches are. If there’s anything nutrition related, it’s that it’s a miracle neither one of us contracted a food borne illness
