Ordered food and only got part of what I had ordered and didn’t recognize a receipt. I should have known when the had left of one of the drinks.

I ordered a protein bowl and quesadillas around 5:30p. They didn’t put the quesadillas in my bag.I ended up getting FOOD POISONING from the protein bowl. The chicken was tougher than usual but my last bite I had with the guacamole and I realized something was very off.

The staff is extremely unprofessional. This Taco Bell is the closet to my home. It should be convenient.Three separate drive thru trips and order my food with out sour cream or cheese. All three time I had sour cream and cheese and could not eat it.On the fourth trip I tried to explain why it was important to not have cheese… they would not allow me to finish a sentence. When I stated… I’d like say to explain they responded with “Yeah yeah I know”Again they missed up my order. At this point I believe it done intentionally.Today 5:45 pm I parked to go inside hoping that by ordering in the store it could be done correctly. All the doors were locked. Drive thru was open. Again they missed up my order.

Food was delicious and came out quickly when ordering in the app. Although I had a problem when using a reward, my order was placed at the wrong location and the staff would not help resolve the issue so that I could get my free reward.

This used to be a good location but the last couple of times have gone downhill. Today was the absolute worst with every single one of my items being wrong despite the fact that they seemed to have a full staff and only a couple of mobile orders and 2 cars in drive-thru when I arrived. Every item was half filled, customizations were ignored, and 2 items were almost completely missing sauce (including one where we'd paid for extra sauce). I think there was something going on as there were some raised voices among the staff about what to make/not make and whose order they should be working on.Vegetarian options: Taco Bell has a good range of vegetarian options (or things that can be made vegetarian). This place has accidentally put meat on my food before, so just check your order.

As far as fast food goes, I’m a big Taco Bell fan and this is my favorite T-Bell. Normally I wouldn’t review a fast food place, but the guy working the drive thru on Tuesday evening was just so darn nice. Well done, dude. Your positive attitude made my night.

This tacobell is unprofessional by all means.Every time I order something is messed up.An they screwed up again I was charged for steak then they gave me a chicken power bowl.The manager and a few employees have been disrespectful to my wife. Then Tonight the manager tried to tell my wife because one of the employees is my wife's ex- boyfriend it's a conflict and we have to ask for a manager every time we go.Basically now we not only get screwed up food but now they wanna start drama about stuff that's been over for years that has nothing to do with tacobell work ethics.Don't go here unless you want drama or a messed up order

Made a $53 order for pickup. Upon arrival, my food was bagged up and ready, or so I thought. Before digging through the bag to ensure all my food was there, I noticed that the slushes that I ordered were not accompanying my order. I politely asked for my drinks after showing them that I actually did order them. They made them, gave me a drink carrier and I went out to my vehicle. My wife then looked through the food items to ensure it was all there. Well, the two cheese quesadillas were not in there. So, I went back inside and showed them once again that I had ordered the quesadillas and told them I didn’t receive them. The female that appeared to be the manager then told me that they are in the bag and that I just didn’t see them…. I then told her that I took each and every food item out of the bag before coming back in to ensure that I didn’t just overlook them. She then said, nah you probably just missed them, but we will make you some more anyway. This is where I not so politely asked her if she was calling me a liar. She then replied no sir, but we will make you some more anyway, therefore insinuating that she didn’t believe me again. I chose to say nothing more and just watched them make my kids cheese quesadillas to ensure they didn’t spit in them or anything else. Another employee came from the back and said that they did make them, but he said that the manager lady gave them to someone that was in the drive through. She looked at him and told him to SHUT UP and get back to work. Just ridiculous how rude this lady is! Got my food and left again. Upon my arrival back to the car, my wife then showed me that we were charged for the same meal twice, totaling over $106…. I went back AGAIN to ask for the charge to be cancelled, where then this extremely rude lady to me there was nothing she could do about it and I’d have to call corporate to get my money back. We will NEVER again return to this location, especially if this rude manager continues to work there. We will also inform the Township of this craziness.
