Excellent customer service by the dine in staff
Terrible AI drive through. Couldn’t get my order right at all.
The drive through has gone completely automated. You are forced to negotiate with AI to place your order and it is a worse experience than dealing with the incompetent and apathetic people it replaced. God help you if you want to customize an order. Changes are interpreted as requests for additional items, ask for something by a name other than what they call it and it just asks you if you want to add an item, etc. It slows down the process as well as you have to keep going back to try and change the mistakes the system makes. But, never fear, they STILL manage to screw up your order with real humans.

Rude employees at drive-thru and did not get order right. Had to go back thru drive-thru as lobby was closed. Order was incomplete and missing items. Employees accused us of eating the missing items. Very rude and arrogant teenager Employee

Maybe if the employees would listen to your order they could make it right. 4 weeks ago ordered on a Sunday afternoon, said it 3 times and the cashier Mister dopey eyes cannot still make it right. AVOID this place the employees are clueless.

Well once again a company has decided that face-to-face contact is no longer necessary for maintaining good customer relations. Now your forced to place your order at a kiosk, which if your not a trained employee, takes a lot more time than it should. You have to wait to get your drink when your order (slowly) arrives. But my biggest observation is they shrunk the portion sizes and the tacos are almost the size of street tacos now. Higher prices, less personal service, and less food. Who brainchild was this? I can only guess. I’ll be looking at their financials to see if their business is impacted by this bad turn.

Hello! My name is Rachel, and I had a brilliant experience at this Taco Bell! Although I got laughed at by staff! Today I went in and the young boy across the counter taking my order laughed. When asked, he said nothing and he wasn’t laughing at me which I highly doubted. I heard him talk to a co worker and say I have a “lesbian mom haircut”. I am part of the community and have children, but I was not pleased with the trash talking and believe it was very homophobic! I will not be coming back because of the mean words and food. I was up all night pooping and sharted my pants on the way home twice. Nice menu though. Have a blessed day! 🫃🏼🧔🏻♀️🧑🏽🎤👰🏼♂️

Forgot to put my 10pc chicken tenders in bag. They offered me to come back next day but was just passing through town. Definitely not making a U-turn for something that should've been done right the first time.

I’m not sure why Taco Bell thinks the kiosk in the front is gonna greet people but was ignored when I came in the door even after I was seen trying to flag down a worker I was still ignored
