It's the staff, more interested in having a crew conversation rather assisting the customer was my experience at this location. Mexican Pizza and Freshly cooked Fiesta Potatoes seems to be a problem for the drive Thru guy. Not a napkin in sight just rushy rushy.....

Went through the drive through and got a soft taco and a chicken chalupa. I was starving and eating a very late lunch at 3pm-ish so on my way home (15-20 min drive) I took a bite of the chicken chalupa only to find that the CHICKEN WAS ALMOST FROZEN ??!!! Got to a stoplight and called them using the phone number on the receipt and a young man hung up on me after I told him!! When I got home I called and the so called manager who sounded 12 did not once say she was sorry but offered for me to come back and they’ll make me a new one. She acted like it was of the norm and no biggie! I told her I was about 20 mins away and I didn’t want to drive all the way back and that I wanted her to know what happened. I’m assuming it wasn’t a manager at all I spoke to.

I just had the free breakfast crunch for the first time and it was delicious ? I love taco bell and have been going to TB since 1979! Since I was a teen... and I will continue to go until I die! Thank you taco bell for the freebie!!
