It was fine. I'd go back. The burger was interesting. The fries weren't hot, seemed a bit stale. I wouldn't get the hot pepper fries again - too salty.

Not impressed.

We went at 1:00 on a Wednesday and it was not busy but the service was unfriendly and the burgers took about 20 minutes for them to prepare.

Nothing about the burger was impressive except the packaging.

The patty was straight out of a Sysco box of frozen meat, the bun was dry and crumbly, and the bacon tasted like it was cooked in artificial smoke. The onion strings, copious amounts of cheese and grilled jalapeños couldn't make up for the lack of good foundation.

The fries were thick and had a crispy outside which was nice but as the temperature wore off, so did the flavor and texture - they became hard, pallid potatoes.

The atmosphere was generally nice with the outdoor a patio and tv screens for sports, but they don't keep the tables clean, even when it's slow.

Can't recommend and won't be back.

Got invited to try them out with a friend. Food is good. Wish the beef had some seasoning and flavor. Overall a good spot to eat and enjoy conversation with friends.

You're not paying $10+ for a great burger. You paying to be in Hughes Landing. The burger was decent, but not exceptional. The patty size is on the small side. The fries are not special either. Special prices, special area, non-special offerings.

I wouldn't really recommend this place - didn't like it at all. For the price of food the quality you're getting is sub par, to say the least: dry tasteless meat patties, stale buns and fries with a bitter after taste (maybe they use old oil for frying them?!). The only good thing were the sauces - they are tasty and seasoned very well.

Kind of expensive and not super fast service. But great food!!

Grilled chicken sandwich is very flavorful. Soft drinks are ridiculously overpriced.

Underwhelming and not worth a second visit imo. The burgers are just ok - protein cooked decently, good flavor; the bun was stale and slightly tough and dense. Fries and onion rings are just average. Considering the price (and it’s a self serve walkup place) and it’s “specialization” with burgers there are MUCH better options elsewhere.

Was our second time here?The first time I have gotten the avocado bacon burger with a lettuce wrap this time got the Buffalo chicken. Unfortunately, it was dry and stringy and the Buffalo sauce was more of a bitter spicy, then a tasty spicy.
The short rib grilled cheese was great.

I ordered from lunch drop and didn’t receive any ahi tuna for my salad. Very disappointing but all of my other toppings were there on the side. I’m willing to try this place again but I was disappointed with no tuna for my salad.

Once you order food, you're given a number/holder to place on your table for a server to find you and deliver your order. It seemed like I waited about 20 minutes or so for my burger & fries to be delivered to my table. I enjoyed the outdoor seating as the weather was cool out and I enjoy "people watching". My burger was really good, as well as my chocolate shake and french fries. Food & items are a bit on the pricey side though. Other tables around were somewhat left messy and didn't seem like anyone was tending to them. Chairs and tables are also a bit dirty with food particles and grime left from previous customers. I didn't notice any employees cleaning. Place didn't appear real busy and I didn't have to wait in line to order. Parking is somewhat tricky and can be scarce in the common parking lot across the street. Several businesses use the parking lot. Good burgers 👍

Excellent service by cash register staff. Good choices, reasonable pricing. Kale Salad and Ahi Tuna Burger were excellent/plentiful. Stand Burger came out well-done instead of Medium, as desired/ordered.

Good and friendly service with counter ordering. The short rib grilled cheese and onion rings were good. However, the pricing is quite expensive for a fast casual eatery. A sandwich, fries/rings and soft drink will run you $20 which is bit pricey for a combo meal with no table service, etc.

Other than the lovely cashier who took my order, the experience here on the afternoon 12/22/24 was poor enough to keep me away for good. It’s too bad because I have been a frequent customer at their Encino, California spot for years. I was thrilled to discover my favorite burger spot was also in my new neighborhood. At this poorly operated branch, they served me cold, blackened/burned sweet potato fries and cold, raw bacon on my ABC burger. This was all after having to wait nearly 25 minutes to receive my order. The other staff girl was rude when I sent the food back, rude when she re-served me freshly cooked sweet potatoes and I finally received my fully cooked bacon when I was done with my burger and heading out the door. I also had to hunt down ketchup, hot sauce and explain to the same rude staff girl that they actually did have the special sauce that I was requesting. Sighing, she barked the name of the sauce, reprimanding me for not knowing the correct name and she then rudely handed it to me. Additionally, my bun-less burger was served in a deep dish bowl which made it difficult to cut with a fork and knife. Just an overall yucky experience - not going back.
