I can't say anything good about this place. I've had fajita tacos from many different torchys and all of them are very good but today the meat was absolutely disgusting. From this location I've never had a good experience. I'll never come back here again.

Walked up to the register and the lady there was rude as can be. Was a regular customer for years. Not anymore. Went across the street to Velvet. Too bad that one person can wreck your reviews! Bye bye.

I love love the Ace of Spades taco on the secret menu and today's was super yummy! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, service was friendly and the Michelob Ultra draft beer was in a frosty glass. It was a great stop after kayaking on Lake Woodlands in the August heat.

I ordered one taco. The #1. It's an egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast taco. I ordered it with a flour tortilla and no cheese. So the ingredients were: bacon + egg + tortilla. It took them 20 minutes. To make that one taco. The restaurant had maybe, 9 people eating, and 8 that were done or finishing their meal. 20 minutes for 1 portion of bacon + egg + tortilla. Absolutely pathetic. It would be understandable if they gave a wait time. But whether you're ordering 1, 2, 3 or 25 tacos, they will not give you a turnaround time or wait time. So if you are in a hurry and want one taco, go elsewhere.

Absolutely, hands down...some of the best tacos my family and I have ever eaten. We had Trailer Park, Baja Shrimp, Brushfire, Republican, and Democrat. The bog winners were Baja Shrimp and Trailer Park (trashy)! We ordered 3 days in a row for pick-up. Tow of the three days, we drove back later in the evening to order more. The service was awesome and fast, they gave us plenty of sauces for dipping, and even offered us soft drinks while we waited. Next time we're in Houston, they'll get hit again...and again!

Yummy!! This is the Uber-sexy version of a taco stand with some really unique flavors of tacos. Lots of choices in all variations from beef, chicken, shrimp and veggie. It works for our whole family including the super picky kid. The churros come in an order of 5 and are served warm with Carmel sauce so if you don’t go for anything else, at least give those a try. There’s counter ordering and patio seating. This is across from the Mall next to Tyler’s. Sometimes parking can be tricky but you can always park at the mall if there are no spots.
I came into today to try the nookies while taking a break. I’m a delivery driver and this restaurant has always been nice to me whenever I came to pick up food and deliver it or order for myself. Tonight they gave me an absolutely adorable delivery bag to run deliveries with. I love it! The nookie was good, it was crispy and freshly made.

I Have celiac disease and I carefully and specifically ordered my food with a gluten allergy on corn and as you can see it's on flour so once again no food for me, really wish they would train the kitchen to pay attention to what is ordered because some allergies are severe and they shouldn't offer gluten free items if they aren't going to bother to read the order.

This place is the best! Being from Austin I love Torchys in Houston! Great food, clean and friendly staff. The queso is some of the best around!. Tacos are good size but a little pricey for one. You have to by two seperately. But the flavor and quality make up for it. Nice dine in area, full bar with bar seating available. Also have a nice patio area for outdoor dining. I’ll definitely stop back when in the area for a concert.

Gnats were flying all over the area where they prepared the drinks . I questioned but the bartender that day just smiled as if it were normal. We ordered a certain drink but another bartender stated thats not what the ticket says as if we were lying. I didn't care for her delivery. I'm big on customer service and I won't be returning again. I'll just take my money and spend it elsewhere. Speaking across the room about a 4.00 drink and saying it's an additional 7.00 if we wanted the drink we originally ordered is crazy and unprofessional. Food ? but customer service needs to improve. Have a great day !
