Excellent experience from start to finish! Beautiful restaurant inside and out and the service esd top notch! Will definitely be back when in the area!
Dessert and bill took too long. We weee no longer an important table. News to balance staff and responsibilities better. We had a great meal until waiting 23 mins for desert and 18 mins for check.
We had a wonderful birthday celebration. The restaurant employees all really work well together to make your dining experience exceptional plus the lake views are fabulous!
Everything was great, our waiter, Cameron was fantastic. We will be going back and requesting him.
This is me second time here and I absolutely love this place ! The food is such great quality with exquisite taste
We came here in December to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The food and service was excellent- And the baked Alaska there’s something I’d return for.

We had another amazing evening and dinner at Truluck’s in The Woodlands. The food, service and atmosphere were impeccable. It’s our favorite place to go for our anniversary. The stone crab claws, shrimp cocktail and king crab leg were out of this world, and the carrot cake is not to be missed either!

Disappointed is a gross understatement. Zero stars is deserved.
There is a minimum standard of quality and service expected for a “luxury” dining experience and Trulucks of The Woodlands truly missed the mark. While the food is always enjoyable, the service we experienced this evening was unacceptable. Our seating was at 7:30 and we were not approached by our waiter or even offered water until well after ten minutes from when we were seated. After promptly placing our order we waited a significant amount of time for our appetizer and subsequently a painful amount of timing waiting for our soup / salad.
After providing our CC for the bill, we waited a significant amount of time until our waiter came to the table to communicate that our credit card had been LOST. My husband had to approach the manager himself vs. the manager proactively approaching us. He did not provide a resolution plan, just simply that they were “looking for the card”.
After waiting 30+ minutes we decided to leave, without any offer from the manager on resolution plan, etc.
When dining for special occasions you expect a minimum level of quality commensurate with the Trulucks price tag. They truly missed the mark this evening. They weren’t even on the board.
ZERO stars.

we came here to celebrate my mom’s and aunt’s birthdays and overall had a really nice experience. the service was absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly, and made the celebration feel special. our server was so sweet and genuinely the best photographer ever. i couldn’t catch her name because it was loud, but i think it was ivy or something starting with an “i.”😊
the appetizers were amazing, especially the calamari, which was a total chef’s kiss. the lobster bisque was delicious, and the cake was absolutely incredible.
they have a good variety of wines, but unfortunately they do not offer wine tastings like some other restaurants do:(
unfortunately, the broiled salmon was the weakest dish of the night. while it was cooked perfectly in terms of texture, it had zero seasoning and was extremely BLAND, honestly tasted like plain salmon with nothing done to it. the mashed potatoes were just okay, and i only ate about half before wanting to move on.
even with that, the outstanding service and great appetizers really stood out and made the night memorable. i’ll definitely come back again for the amazing service and calamari!

Every single item of food was delicious. We had Alaskan king crab, filet mignon, lobster, stone crab, oysters on the half shell. I forget the dessert we had but it was delicious and it was my birthday so they made it very special. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants.!

Spent a lovely lunch at truluck’s woodlands. The Xmas deco, and ambience of the restaurant and the bar were beautifully welcoming. We sat at a table by the large windows. Service was prompt and polite. The blackberry habanero spicy margarita is a must drink. Sangria was so-so. We had the jumbo shrimp cocktail cocktail sauce laced with horseradish, lump crab cake, lobster roll (my favourite) for appetizers and for mains the miso glazed sea bass and the Ora king salmon. Both mains were good but did not outshine the appetizers. For dessert, the affogato was a nice finishing touch with the strong espresso. My favourite seafood establishment in Houston for sure. Pricey but worth every penny!
