Made the mistake of introducing visiting family to their cookies and now when we drive down to visit south Houston we are always told to bring some with us until they get a closer location. Nothing else compares. I’ve also tried their keto options and they are really really good!

I don't always go to dessert places but when I do I make sure to stop at Twisted Sugar. So many options to choose from and they regularly change flavors so there's always something new to try. I can't even remember the soda combination I got but it was so good! They also have sugar free options too.

FYI y’all I’m her son and I took her phone this place be BUSSIN!! It’s so good especially the peanut butter Nutella it just hits different so just go here Also for some reason if you are low on money it’s cheaper then crumbl cookies they’re bad bad and expensive so go to Twisted Sugar pretty pretty please with a cherry on top. It’s soooooooo good.

We got these cookies tonight at an event!When I tell you! These cookie are really good. I’ve never heard of this company before but they are good. Two guys were selling theses cookies, one whose wife is a twin.. really good service.

Hands down the best cookies I have ever had. Plus I have never been somewhere with a more friendly staff. Multiple times I have gone in and each time the person working is so helpful and kind.
I have never EVER been to a cookie shop with this many gluten-free options! I tried 6 different flavors, and loved every single one. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular. I highly recommend!

Before leaving this review, I called the manager at the store and a young man gave me a number to text. I tried texting and calling, but no answer.I paid with cash today, and the girl checking me out was wearing gloves already. She took my money while still wearing gloves and gave me the dollars and coins back wearing gloves. She then went to the cookies and while still wearing those same 2 gloves, grabbed the cookies. She then went to where the limes were and grabbed the limes using the same gloves. She then went to grab my chocolate chip cookie in the back wearing the same gloves. I asked her to change gloves and she said “oh!” And then went back and grabbed a different chocolate chip cookie. She didn’t give me new cookies of the first 2 I ordered. I won’t eat those other 2 cookies.She needs to be re trained with how to handle food. I’m baffled she didn’t even realize what she was doing. I will never come back here again. That’s disgusting.

I typically have Twisted Sugar cookies delivered and the cookies taste amazing. I decided to stop in the store this time. The cookies were not cooked all the way but the poor rating is more for customer service. The staff is young, arrogant and rude. Specifically ,the young female at the register. The young "bakers" just laughed at her rude comments to the customer. I was chastised for ordering a drink in the middle of a cookie order. I will definitely NOT return to this location.
