Via Emelia is our go-to site for special occasions. Food and Service are always outstanding. We've been with them since they first opened on FM 1960 27+ years ago and followed them to the Woodlands 25 years ago. Never disappointed.
Everything was delicious but both my husband and I had the Fettuccine Al Nero Di Seppia and even though it was loaded with delicious seafood, it was over salted. I'm from New Orleans and I like a lot of seasoning but this had too much salt. The Chef should cut back on the amount of salt in the sauce.
Used to visit Via Emilia-but haven't had a few years, glad we tried it again. Really impressed with the service the cocktails, the appetizers and the entrées. Definitely going back and not waiting very long. Amazing restaurant to have so close.
