Unless you want to order something here as it appears on the menu without any changes, just forget about it and go elsewhere. After telling the one taking my order that I only wanted mustard, lettuce and tomato on my burger, she asked me if I also wanted the onions and ketchup that comes normally. I had to repeat myself about 5 times before she finally agreed that she understood, and then she rung up the changes as an order of cheese fries and told me my total which went up to cover the cheese fries I never ordered. I left and went elsewhere. This Wendy's employee is literally too stupid to take a simple order.

Believe the negative reviews, this is the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. I travel for work, a Dave's single is my go to quickie dinner. This Wendy's is the closest to my home, so I was grabbing lunch for my daughter - simple, nuggets and fries.
Hit the drive through, thinking this should be quick. 25 minutes after paying (not after ordering) the food came. Keep in mind, there was no one waiting before or after me. Then after the wait, somehow, someway, the food managed to be cold.
No acknowledgment by the staff, no apology, nothing. Thankfully McDonald's is right across the way and has always been cordial and well staffed. Go there until this place gets it's act together.

Nice staff doing their best but management needs to staff it with more people. They are overwhemed and everyone going thru the drive thru has to pull off and park to the side which kind of negates the whole point of a drive thru.

Slowest service of all time. Waited almost half an hour and had to pull into a parking space next to the other two cars that ordered after us. Shouldn’t take a fast food restaurant this long to serve only 3 vehicles.

I like the junior bacon cheeseburger and loved the summer frosty flavor. Their strawberry lemonade is good, too.

Really bad service, no cashiers on site, waiting over 5 minutes at the register and people on the line just looking at me not even calling for the cashiers to come to the front, this is the 3rd time this happened at this location I just left and will never be back here

I work at the heb across ? I give my best customer service to everyone. This Wendy’s just sucks ? they open at 6 but at 6:55 before I had to go in I went to go get a #3 and nobody working the register. Whoever in that white Nissan, now why you ain’t doing ur job???? ??? waiting like 5-10 mins. My mom had to wait like an hour and never got service. Yall just need to do better and actually gaf a little bit. Maybe im just hangry…but naw I need my food ?

Have not gotten a drive through order right for me since 2021.
We went here fairly often during the pandemic. But as things reopened, their execution went downhill. We try every 6-9 months, thinking these problems can't possibly persist. And then, they do.
We go elsewhere when we want a Wendy's fix, even though this is very close.

All store closed only drive trouble ?
I gave this place five stars when I started coming in January they had new management, new employees, they were all so cheerful, the food was fresher the store looked cleaner. Then like overnight back to totally disgusting, bad service or no service, had to check my food before I left because my order was never right, they still owe me a chili and a frosty. I decided one more time.....hence I can't take your order, I'm updating my computer or whatever, basically I don't feel like working today, come back tomorrow. Wendy's is no longer an option for me.....just done.

pulled into the drive thru at 10:30 to the workers sitting in their car blaring music. waited for a few minutes with no answer, called the store, no answer. then one of the guys sitting in the car finally walked inside & took our order. i’ve also come here before while store is clearly open to be told it’s closed, multiple times. i just want my nuggets

I was holding off doing this review until I received a call back from corporate like I was told I would. As expected, you people just do not care about anything but money so I'll just put you on blast here in the hopes that it saves someone from getting sick or DYING. On 7/20/24 around 11:00 am I went to this location and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I was the only person in the drive through and the restaurant lobby was closed, making me and my coworker the only two people at the restaurant period. When I order I am told it would be a 6-7 minute wait. I say okay thats fine. 10 minutes later I get my food, and go to park and start eating. Halfway through this chicken sandwich I discover it is RAW in the middle. I bring it back inside, show it to who I assume is JAYSON (the name on my receipt). Black man with facial hair and a single ear ring in one of his ears. I immediately ask to speak to a manager after showing them the raw chicken. He doesn't say a word and turns around and walks to the back. I assume he is going to get the manager at this point. Nope, he comes back a minute later and keeps working with the other two employees. So I sit there for about 3 or 4 minutes. The only person in the lobby, just standing there while these guys ignore me. No one has apologized, no one has said they would take care of it and no one has called a manager. So I flag JAYSON down again and ask him why nothing is being done. He aggressively responds that they are under staffed and "thats just what happens". He then claims he was going to remake the order. I tell him no, my appetite is gone after eating raw chicken and I want a refund and the manager. JAYSON then reveals that he himself is the manager. This "manager" made the food, undercooked it, served it to me and then had to be asked to apologize and fix the situation twice by me. After discovering he is indeed the manager I begin explaining how horribly he is handling the situation because he did not apologize or have any sense of urgency or guilt for what he did. He proceeded to give me the most half-arsed, corporate sounding apology I've ever heard in my life. Like the kind of apology you give when you give someone the wrong size of fries or something. I tell him he has a horrible attitude and manager skills and he proceeds to RAISE HIS VOICE AND ARGUE WITH ME while the other two employees grin like children in the kitchen and watch. He cursed at me, told me I am the one with the attitude and that he is just trying to work and finally he kept repeating over and over that I just need to call corporate about it. Well I'm sorry JAYSON. If your best effort is cursing at customers after serving them RAW FOOD, then you need some serious help. To make the situation even worse, I did call corporate and was connected with someone in India (go figure) who, after 30 minutes of waiting on hold and dealing with language barriers, finally got my story documented and told me that I would be called ASAP by someone higher up. That was 2 days ago and still haven't heard a thing. FINALLY, the best part about this? My father just had this same exact situation at a brand new Wendy's about a month ago in Magnolia. He was served a raw chicken sandwich, manager couldn't care less. So he left a review with pictures like I'm doing and that was what got corporate's attention. So he we are. Wendy's is so careless with people's health that in a period of a month you managed to serve raw food to two people in the same family from two completeley different locations. You people are disgusting and I am demanding someone that speaks English contacts me immediately about this. I will not let up until this is resolved. Your raw food made me throw up and leave work early. FIX THIS NOW.
