They can never get the order even remotely right. Windy’s corporate really needs to investigate this location … Never again and as a Woodlands local… will share my opinion.

I don’t understand why this particular Wendy’s is so bad! They are so slow even when they aren’t busy, waited 10 mins in the drive through after the speaker just for someone to greet me—not even hand me food yet…then you get cold food (well, we had two hot sandwiches and a cold sandwich and cold chicken nuggets) …I’ve tried this one a couple times and it’s been bad every time…I just don’t think I can go back until they fix whatever is going on…I actually like Wendy’s but this one is horrible, truly horrible.

Very hostile environment. 10min to have order taken with no other customers in building. Floor employee un happy and slammed trash can around several times so others knew she was not happy about doing it. No tray provided for dining in.

I dont like leaving negative reviews but it was a situation that required it. I love Wendys but this location is one of the worst. I was the only person in line and had to wait 20 minutes for three salads. I thought for the wait the food would be good. It actually made me sick and nauseous. The Cobb salad had lettuce that was brown and rotted. Once I picked the bad lettuce out it basically had none left. My soda tasted like water. The workers didn't even speak to me once or explain the wait while I was at the drive thru windows. I also have had frostys at this location that were all but melted. I do not recommend this location. Inside is very dirty as well. Sorry, Wendys. We've been good friends since 1969 but this location and many others need an overhaul.

This location is terrible ! The place is Very dirty and smells bad. Poor staff, they are slow and understaffed. Soda machine smells terrible with insects flying around it. Do not go here !
