Visited for the first time since they dropped the Ban Mhi! Not enough help. No ice in the ice machine! No way to order fries. Bins aren’t filled. Place hasn’t been swept. Probably won’t return.

The Wicked sandwich at Which Wich is incredible! Packed with meats and toppings, it’s my go-to. The service is fast and friendly, and the quality is always top-notch. Highly recommend if you’re craving a hearty sandwich!

Why aren't there any more Which Wich stores? My wife and I ate there recently, and I think they make the BEST sandwiches. I had the "grinder" exactly the way I wanted it, and it was delicious. The bread was toasted perfectly, and the choice of add-on ingredients was just right.
This is the only store in North Houston (imagine that). Please consider trying their food. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Great crispy bread with a broad selection of meats and vegetables and toppings. There’s even vegetarian options.

I’ve been a long time customer but it’s not worth it with the rude staff and dirty tables. It’s really gone down hill lately.

"Which-Which" has gone out of business, except no one told the staff to go home; at least, that's how this location felt. There was literally no one in the restaurant at lunch other than the staff, and yet, miraculously, I counted at least four food-covered tables. The staff here doesn't really care about keeping it spic-and-span. Luckily, I was getting my sandwich to go. That aside, my sandwich was a disaster, but that is partially my fault, I guess. A sandwich is a dish that typically consists of vegetables, sliced cheese, or meat between bread, but that doesn't do the artistry that sandwiches can be justice; neither does Which-Which. I wanted to try the Gyro sandwich since I love Gyro, but what I got was a lot of bread, some cucumbers, and a bit of Taziki. The meat was fine, but for $14, I was sorely disappointed. With some trial and error, you could probably get some pretty good sandwiches, but there are so many good options in the area that are easier to order with better bread; why bother?

I recently visited Which Wich on a Friday afternoon and had an outstanding experience! I ordered a Gyro on wheat with red onions, and it was absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors was perfectly balanced, and the freshness of the ingredients truly stood out.
Despite a few other customers ahead of me, the service was prompt and efficient. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that everyone was well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Which Wich for their excellent food and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning for more!
Vegetarian options: One can be "creative" by selecting all your favorite veggie options, but I would say vegetarian is not a strong service offering.
Parking: Parking was convenient, which made the entire visit hassle-free.
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is also very kid-friendly. They offer a variety of options that appeal to younger taste buds, and the staff was very patient and accommodating with families.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is another strong point for this location. The entrance is easily accessible, and there is plenty of space inside to maneuver comfortably. The staff was considerate and ready to assist with any special needs, ensuring that everyone could enjoy their meal without any difficulties.

It's so strange to me that a sandwich chain could get practically everything right -- the branding, the marketing, the interior atmosphere, the service and the store locations -- just to serve lousy, dense, bland, mouthful-of-mush bread. On every sandwich. The bread. At a sandwich chain. The BREAD is bad. How? Why? Did board of directors bother to eat one before funding a massive expansion into new market...
Nevermind. There's no good reason to go back.

Horrible poor customer service. No eye contact from the cashier, David R. He stared down the whole time while I was ordering and trying to ask a specific question. I pointed to my bag for him to look and see what I was asking, and he just waved me away. He never even spoke to, or pay attention to me as a customer. I canceled my order and only bought a Coke. I paid with cash and the David even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my change back. Extremely horrible and rude customer service. I will not return to this store.

I'm not sure why I keep giving this place a chance. The food is so mediocre and they never get the orders right. Today I ordered a wicked and received a cold sandwich with 1 small piece of turkey which was loaded with an absurd amount of mayo. I never ask for refunds but I'm tired of the lack of accountability so I finally did. 1 star for food quality and 1 bonus star for giving me a refund. Jersey Mike's is across the street and is much better. Look elsewhere for a sandwich. Hope this helps!
