Why aren't there any more Which Wich stores? My wife and I ate there recently, and I think they make the BEST sandwiches. I had the "grinder" exactly the way I wanted it, and it was delicious. The bread was toasted perfectly, and the choice of add-on ingredients was just right.
This is the only store in North Houston (imagine that). Please consider trying their food. I don't think you will be disappointed.

"Which-Which" has gone out of business, except no one told the staff to go home; at least, that's how this location felt. There was literally no one in the restaurant at lunch other than the staff, and yet, miraculously, I counted at least four food-covered tables. The staff here doesn't really care about keeping it spic-and-span. Luckily, I was getting my sandwich to go. That aside, my sandwich was a disaster, but that is partially my fault, I guess.
