Absolute atrocity . ‘Rene’ the manager has no idea how to run a wing stop . Messing up my past 3 orders . Time and time again I trust this horrid establishment and every time I get burned . Save your sanity and drive down the street to another Wingstop .

The woman at the cashier was very kind and thoughtful. My order was ready on time and service didn’t take too long at all. The wings were generous!

This was a disaster of an experience....they gave my little girl such a hard time that i had to come in and agure with the cashier in the front,i shouldnt be having to wait almost 2HOURS for such a small order,such terrible operations is being ran here,please get this under control

I ordered my food online and came to the location. I was going to eat inside, but it wasn’t the right atmosphere. I get in the car and I looked at my chicken. I realized it wasn’t consistent to any other Wingstop I have been too but I said ok maybe I never paid attention. I bite into the wing and it tasted like unseasoned boiled chicken with sauce on it. I had just worked and just wanted something to eat and spent this type of money so I went back inside. When I go in the cashier was nice. Manager comes and I tell him the chicken taste unseasoned so he said they don’t put season on the chicken. His answer was valid because I checked at another location that very same day and bought more. Mind you that location was great tasting. Anyway he goes and says I’ll give you back just the wings refund. That will be $10. Mind you the wings actually cost more than that. He goes to the cash register and says he wrote someone and I should be getting the refund. I said can I get a receipt. He said he didn’t have one but I’ll b le getting it back. It’s not almost a week and nothing. Not only that I went to another location just to get more wings so I double payed. What they don’t realize is that people are spending their hard earned money and may have just gotten off work etc and just want a nice meal that they pay for! Have some decency about how you carry yourself as a manager. That was just a garbage location. I don’t recommend it.

only leaving a five star for angela assuring my order would come out as asked for. 💕 Managing team sounds awful. And im allowed to say that because I work at a restaurant and no feedback to customers with bad experiences. Big companies dont care because it is a popular place and they dont need the money from regulars🤣Step up wing stop I want to stick to this store because its closest.

Found a fried roach in my fries. The roach looks literally cooked and fried. I have ordered WS at this location so many times and never had an issue. Today I called to speak with the manager, not to even ask for compensation but just let them know what I found in their fries. The manager basically told me in his words ( I don't know what you want me to do) A simple apology would've been nice. He then insinuated the fried cooked roach came from my house. Again, I have ordered here so many times at least 3xs a week. I have no roaches and even I did why woukd i have a dead fried roach in my fries? When so expressed that he hung up on me. I called again and received another hang up. Very unprofessional. As a manager you should know what to say and do. The manager try saying we were cussing at him and that's a lie! I'm glad we have the call recorded as well as corporate should too. Just an apology and all this could have been avoided. Pick your managers wisely because now I have no choice to leave a review and contact upper management.
My kids ordered food and you can see the picture attached. They got their wings along with a crap ton of grease. No one decided to drain the grease before they put it in the box. I tried to call and speak to a manager, and I got the runaround the kid who answered put me on hold Because he wouldn’t tell me who the manager was. This place is awful.

The wings were a bit overcooked. There was insufficient staffing, therefore the food took a longer than usual per other customers. I felt that my food came out at a good time based on how many customers there were ahead of me.

I tried this location 3 times and in last visits the coke machine didn’t work. The food tastes good but the service is poor. In the recent visit with my family I was told multiple times the wait time would be more than 40 min when there is just 3 orders on board before me so not sure what’s the problem with this location. Wingstop should take a note as location like this ruins brand image. I won’t be visiting this location for sure in future. My last visit was on 7/13 at 9:05 PM.

To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience my daughter and I had at one of your Wingstop locations today.
Earlier, the manager had asked my daughter to return at 5:00 PM for what we believed would be a follow-up opportunity. She arrived professionally dressed and eager to speak with him, demonstrating her enthusiasm for employment and willingness to work. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the manager had gone to another store but would return shortly. We waited patiently for over 30 minutes.
While waiting, I overheard inappropriate and unprofessional comments being made about my daughter by a group of employees working at the time. This behavior was not only unkind but completely unacceptable, especially in a professional setting and toward someone who is simply seeking an opportunity.
I addressed the employees directly, and they had little to say when confronted. Ultimately, I decided to leave with my daughter, as I do not believe she should be subjected to a work environment where she is disrespected before even being hired.
My daughter is a recent graduate and is excited to begin her professional journey. While we understand that not every opportunity works out, she deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, as do all potential candidates.
I hope this message encourages leadership to reinforce the importance of professionalism and respect among staff especially in the presence of customers and prospective employees. Workplace bullying, at any stage of the employment process, should not be tolerated.

Today’s date is June 2, 2025 as me and my family traveled to Houston on May 22, 2025 for our family reunion we made a nice size family meal order to the 510 Sawdust Rd in the Woodlands, TX. I spoke to the Manager Renee in complaint of an incomplete order and terrible customer service we received when picking up the order. We placed an order of 60 wings, a large fry order and an order of corn at 11:20 pm with a store closing time of 12am!!! No one called to inform us that the order would be incomplete as they ask for our phone while placing the order!! Once order was picked up we realized that only the hot wings were sauced out of five flavors. Half of the order was supposed to be boneless it was all bone in. When they decided on there being no more corn and not calling to ask about or state this issue, Instead of 2 fries being that fries are sides as well as corn they replaced the corn for 2 brownies!! Which doesn’t add up. We ordered 60 wings why would you not click in the brain of they need sides, not sweets!! Showed there laziness at a all time high. They turned the lights off on other customers and locked the doors while the lady on duty being the manager had a very sick attitude. The overall service was terrible!! The even crazier part is after making my complaint to the store Mrg Renee he verified on the 24&26th of May that my refund was being processed as well as a offer to not correct my whole order but give me a pcs family meal on the hse!! Not to be rude but I ordered 60 wings for a reason. The refund that he promised was a complete LIE. Here it is June 2nd and as I’m speaking with my bank they are telling me even if the refund hasn’t been posted yet they can tell me if a merchant had put in a request for one & not to mention as long as I have banked with Capital One it has neverrrrrrr took over 3days for a refund but being kind I trusted in the man’s word when the whole time there was never a refund request put in. Really hate I’m in Memphis vs there or else I’d go personally ask the man why lie!! The service was bad and management is a scam as I’m a manager myself this is just unacceptable and disgusting!!

Ordered food for the fam today for the first time in a long while. Didn’t receive 2 items ($8) tried to get a refund through the app. Can’t do that. Called the store spent 15 minutes on the phone only to find out they won’t issue a refund.
Gave me the option to sit in traffic for another 30 minutes to get the rest of my order or come back in person later to get a store credit.
I’ll never order from here again.
