Drink station only has like 3 working flavors. The employees were not nice. I waited for my order longer than needed. And it was waiting at the window and nobody bothered to give me my food until 5 minutes later and no one else was waiting and two other could have helped. I’m disappointed in wingstop. I’ve gone here and the other wingstop down the street and customer service is horrible.

It really sucks I couldn’t eat there today. The lady that works there says they didn’t even open till 11am and it says 10:30am on the door. Plus she was kinda rude. You should change the times to the right time so people would know

Love Wingstop but i don’t even know why I continue ordering from this location. The staff is the absolute worst and they don’t event attempt to get orders correct or ready in a timely manner. This location seriously sucks and has to be one of the worst.

The food is fine, however every time I go to this location I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for my order that to actually be given. the ambiance is always packed with people just waiting on their food even if it's just a small order it will still take forever.

I’ve never been so impressed with a restaurant. The food is always so good here, but The staff is what makes it such a pleasant experience. Every single time! I went once a couple weeks ago and was so impressed, I’ve been back 5 times already. The manager is so kind and goes out of her way to make your day, and you can tell that trickles down to all of the employees.Kid-friendliness: They have always been so nice to my kids
Moe is so delightful and helpful! This is my go too! They all work super hard to get you amazing goid and quick service. If there is a mistake with the order they always seem to accommodate or fix it! Definitely happy every time!!

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I've tried to give this location multiple chances before I left a bad review but today was the worst visit ever. For starters there was a man inside begging everyone for money or food that the staff was aware of him harassing customers and they never asked him to leave. Second the AC is not working so we are forced to wait in extreme heat and makes me wonder if all the ingredients are being kept at the correct temperature. Lastly they are always understaffed. I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes on the app so I go when it says it's complete, just to wait 45 more minutes in the building with no AC. Terrible experience and I will definitely never come back. One guy waited so long that he asked for a refund and they said they don't give refunds... Save yourself a headache and never go to Wingstop on sawdust and 45 . I will be finding a way to contact the district manager because I'm sure upper management has no idea how bad service is here.

I ordered for delivery, but the delivery driver picked up only one of two bags. I called the store & they confirmed that one bag was left behind. The manager went out of her way, offering to deliver the remainder of the order herself when she went on break. I ended up driving the few miles to get it myself, and they happily remade the food (without asking) so that it was fresh when I got to my destination. They also threw in some extras to apologize for the trouble. Excellent service!
