Well, I've been to other Wingstops and they've already solved the problem. It seems that here, either the manager isn't telling his employees that we're just drivers and we come to pick up orders, we're not Wingstop employees to make drinks, we come to pick up orders so we're not your customers, we're out on the street working for thousands, not doing the work that's your responsibility so please be ready with the orders of Uber or doordash or whatever you made contracts.

I was having a really bad day, a couple of hours ago had a panic attack so I wanted to treat myself to one of my comfort foods. The food was hot and prepared just the way I expected and the friendliness of the staff had me leaving with a smile on my face. Thank you so much 🥹

Ordered delivery from the website. All was good until we opened the wing boxes. The wings literally still have feathers. Let me repeat that…the wings still have FEATHERS. I have ordered from here many times, this is a first and most likely the last pending the GM response. Also, the fries had no seasoning and the drinks were flat. WTH. And…the wings were TINY and mummified.
