Xalisko Cocina Mexicana is definitely worth a stop if you are in the area! The food was great and the service consistent. We tried the Salsa y Tostadas appetizer which was great and Tacos al Pastor and Carne en su Jugo for entrees which were both delicious. It took a little while to get seated even though we came with a reservation but overall not bad. The noise level is a little higher than you would want to easily carry on a conversation. First time in and we’ll definitely be back. Their happy hour/bar is great and the food is even better! The tequila selection is the best we’ve found. Arlety took amazing care of us at the bar. She made some damn good cocktails! The aguachile verde was perfect, can’t wait to be back!!

Loved this place. I’ve been twice now. Once for fun and once for a work lunch. The food was delicious each time. You can have staple known dishes or branch out into something new and fun. My enmoladas were so good as were the greens and guacamole! Also try the daily aguas frescas!
