First, the people working here are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The owner, Jim, is very visible, Two specific experiences that they did go beyond my expectations. First, I use the marina’s boat launch. Parking for your truck and trailer is toward the entrance of the facility. Not a long walk. My daughter had her one year old daughter with us. As we made our way from the parking area back to the marina, a kind worker stopped in a golf cart and gave us a ride. The second item is this past weekend. While launching the boat, one of my bunks came off. Fortunately, the service department was open and the gentleman there put this back on for me. AT NO CHARGE! He saved me. Otherwise I would have had to go into town and purchase the needed screws to put this back on. I have been to many marinas in my time but never has one gone out of its way as this.

Great adventure had at Lone Star. I am a beginning at riding the jet skis and they were super easy to use. My friend has lots of experience and he said they are great. The food at tiki hut was delicious. The employees at both marina and restaurant were top notch. We will absolutely be going back.

If I could give this marina more than five stars, I would!!! Jim and everyone there are the friendliest and most genuine people we’ve ever done business with. Absolutely love everyone there and the customer service they offer. We have a dry slip there and this is our second year. We wouldn’t put our boat in any other marina than this one. Love this family owned business and highly recommend!!! You won’t regret using them for all your boating needs! They have boat rentals and Airbnbs as well! Check them out!
