Great food! The ribs are amazingly tender. The brisket is wonderful. The staff is very kind, accommodating and personable. Highly recommend this place. FYI, they are open Friday and Saturdays only, but worth it.

If you're anywhere near this BBQ trailer, do yourself a favor and stop immediately. This place is serving up some of the best brisket I've had in a long time—tender, smoky, and full of flavor without needing any sauce (but the sauce is great, too). You can tell they put serious time and care into their smoking process.
The bacon wrapped jalapeños? Absolute perfection. Roasted just right with that fresh kick—spicy enough to wake you up, but not enough to knock you out. And don’t even get me started on the sausages—snappy casings, juicy inside, and seasoned just right. Every bite is a reminder of what Texas BBQ is supposed to taste like.
Friendly service, generous portions, and the kind of smell that makes you hungry all over again. Highly recommend!
Delicious. 1st class service. A/C is lacking (outdoor seating), but what’s happening in your mouth overrides that easily. We grabbed lunch, so good we got dinner to go. Awesome!

The food was phenomenal! Legit, I come from the city and have meh bbq at times. This place feels so unique and just *POW* sorta flavor. Even the mashed potatoes will pop in your mouth. I had the brisket sandwich with jalapeños and their bbq sauce: legit so perfect. Would easily recommend.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. If you get the nachos, or stuffed potato, or a sandwich you have to try the smoke meatloaf. Just a great placed to eat as they are rolling smoke.

My family and I have been going weekly/every 2 weeks for a couple months now! Brock told me about his food truck awhile back, it became a pregnancy craving and now something my husband and I look forward to if he can make it home before they close! Jalapeño poppers are amazing, brisket loaded potato I’d drive hours for and the ribs fall right off the bone!
