We used to really enjoy getting food here, especially when it first opened, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill.
Lately, it seems like the staff isn’t paying close attention to online orders. Today, I ordered the bacon chicken salad with ranch and double meat—but what I received was the smallest salad I’ve ever gotten from this place, with no bacon and garlic aioli instead of ranch.
I picked up the order for my family and didn’t realize the mistakes until I got home. The garlic flavor was overwhelming, and the salad was disappointing. My husband also ordered double meat on his sandwich, but it was clear that wasn’t the case either.
It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for extras and not receive them. If you’re placing a pickup order, be sure to check everything carefully before leaving.

Bought steak and cheese sandwich. Got more pickles and jalapeño than steak. $13 for a 5 inch sandwich with no meat, chips and medium drink. My advice is don’t go there. I will Never go back

Idk why everyone is throwing out bad reviews on here. This place is awesome and I come here all the time. Andrew is the bomb dot com and that one girl is so nice (idk her name and I know there's like multiple girls😭😭) The new guy is nice and I don't mind that he takes his time on doing orders. I tipped him 2 dollars this one time.
But overall, I love this place!! I'm really gonna miss it when I move!!

Won't come here again. Co-workers sitting sideline mocking me as I ordered was totally uncalled for. Two girls or whatever sitting at a table making the noises that where either with workers or just got off shift seem to have been making the unprofessional sounds. Around 7pm 11/16

I stopped going here because the bread 🥪 was like a brick but today I was impressed the lady was very nice and the food was great and the bread was soft enjoyed my food from here for once thanks to whoever changed the bread 🥪 and props to the new girl that works there she can make a sandwich 😆 🤣 gave her a $5 tip nice job she needs a raise! @subway

Service was absolutely horrible the girl that was working about 5 minutes ago when I got my sandwich, I walked in to order food and she was sitting at a table on her phone and when I asked if she was the only one working here she hung up her phone call and then served and when I asked if I could have my sandwich toasted before she put anything on it, I got a rude remark of really? Before anything and I said yes please. Not too mention the counter was dirty there was still food on the check out counter from the previous sandwich she had made that day I guess. The food however was amazing, the experience not so much. I won’t be back as long as she is working there. I shouldn’t have to ask you if your the only one working because, your sitting down on the phone not paying attention to your customers.
