Listen, I don't just leave reviews like this and I don't give praise to some place that doesn't deserve it, and this place definitely deserves the praise. I don't live in Trinity, I live in another small Town nearby but I work all over the Lake Livingston area with my small business. I saw this place today and on a whim thought I would try it, and boy am I glad that I did. I travel all over and have been to destination restaurants all over the country, I think of myself as a bit of a foodie and I chase down destination restaurants as I travel, my friends and family are always coming to me for food recommendations, so I think that I know at least a little bit about good food. Michael greeted me and asked me what I was in the mood for and I said I wasn't really sure but I probably did want to try the wings, I had already seen the fried okra on the menu and thought I may try that too. He asked a few questions about what I was into and what I was looking for and recommended a sampler of six wings and two fried ribs and fried okra. I am so glad for his recommendation, this guy was a great help and great guy to talk to. I don't say this lightly, but that was the absolute best fried okra that I've ever tried in my life, and I've had lots. I haven't had quite as many fried ribs, but I've had a few, they were the absolute best fried ribs that I've ever tried in my life, so tender and just fall off the bone and no gristle chew at all, perfect breading and seasoning on both the ribs and the okra. The wings were absolutely amazing, Michael recommended the Cinco wing sauce, and I'm glad he did, it was great. The wings were easily in the top 3 wings that I've ever ate in my life, and believe me, I've had lots. The ranch is absolutely amazing, they make it in house, and that Cinco sauce for the wings is amazing also. They had some kind of juice that they make that's called hulk juice, Michael had said that they had other flavors but they didn't have any other flavors at that time though, it was very good also. Prices were also very fair, a great value for your money. When I tell you this place was excellent, I really mean it, you definitely need to try it if you're into any of this type of food, you'll be pleasantly surprised. I'm so surprised myself to find a gem like this in Trinity of all places😂. I am so ready for my next job in the area, because I will definitely be coming back, I may just have to make a special trip over if I don't get a job in the area soon.

Have you ever eaten something that tasted so good you wanted to cry? Well Cinco wings will do that. Genuinely the best food I’ve ever had. The wings are always well seasoned, and made hot and fresh to order. The wings are amazing, and somehow the tenders are even better…..And somehow their homemade ranch is EVEN better. I could literally drink their ranch, it’s that good. On top of that, the gentlemen who takes my order is always so nice and helpful. Truly a master at getting you to try new things on the menu lol. The amazing food and service is 10000000% worth the price.

Cinco Wings did not disappoint! The Kitchen Sink Wings were absolutely to die for — crispy, flavorful, and sauced to perfection. The fried okra was hands-down the best side I’ve ever had in my life. Seriously addictive! And the fried ribs? Pure perfection — juicy, tender, and packed with flavor.
Everything was hot, fresh, and full of soul and love. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I recommend this place. The honey and Cajun lemon pepper are awesome . And I cannot forget the pecan pie cheesecake stuffed pie. I careless about being lactose intolerant, it is worth the trouble.
