I’m usually the “leave a glowing review or leave it alone” type, but today I’m stepping outside my comfort zone for science.
I’m genuinely confused by the rave reviews... maybe my taste buds missed the memo, or maybe the quality bar is set a little differently here. The milk teas tasted like the “just add water” instructions on kool-aid: powdery, pricey, and not in a charming way.
The donuts were… fine-ish, until they weren’t. The glazed one, especially, went full imposter on me... more “stevia vibes” than “light fluffy sugar goodness,” and I ended up tossing it, which is basically donut blasphemy.
The croissant sandwiches also didn’t really deliver. I wanted “buttery, flaky, satisfying,” and got more “this will technically pass as food.”
Customer service was a mixed bag. The owner/manager (whoever he was) was genuinely friendly and honestly the best part of the visit. Unfortunately, the other employee was serving the same energy you’d expect from the Brookshire Brothers across the street: present, but spiritually clocked out and non-responsive.
All in all, I’m giving this 2 stars, mainly because the manager/owner was the lone bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming stop.

Driving through from north texas to Galveston and did a quick pitstop for breakfast on the run! Litterally a random find on our travels and didnt expect this donut shop to be this cute with clean seating area anf great customer who welcomes you in with a smile. A beautiful young girl greeted us and helped us with options. We brought pig n a blanket and donut holes and they were both delicious! Would definitely recommend to support this business if you are living within this area or looking for a pistol donut shop passing by on your travels and prices not to bad aswell!!!

Food is comparable to spitfire, although I ordered the Vietnamese coffee an it was terrible! Would pay the extra at the other for the coffee to be good. Will continue to purchase the other options though as the price is definitely better!

Very clean place and the staff was courteous. Apple fritter could have been really good but had a stale taste to it. Bacon, egg and cheese croissants and biscuits tasted ok but were not warmed enough to even soften the cheese. Lots of potential here with just a little attention to detail.
