It was pretty slow but it was later at night. The order screens wouldn't print our receipt. Food wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad.

After driving from Memphis and only an hour left till home we decided to stop and grab my daughter a meal to hold her off.
THEY FORGOT THE NUGGETS IN HER HAPPY MEAL!!!
We were already back on the road and when she opened it up and realized. We didn’t order anything else but the happy meal. It is 10pm on a Saturday and they weren’t busy at all. If we weren’t almost home and alley been on the road for 10 hours I would’ve turned around.
So frustrating.

Whoever franchised this McDonalds should be held accountable. Small towns depend on these restaurants.The employees here not all, but 80% are rude unethical and unapologetic with their responsibilities. I blame this on extremely poor management. Building team morale is the first step to running a successful business.

We ordered online, when we were roughly 5 minutes away, and didn't get the food for another 20 minutes. Also, there were flies everywhere, the floor had clearly not been mopped in a couple of days, and an employee was vaping outside

Do better McDonalds. Ordered curbside on the app. Checked in and after 15 min of waiting. I get out to go see what is up with my food. It had been waiting and just sitting there. The excuse was that there wasn't enough staff to take out curbside order. Guess what, as a customer, I don't care. Either bring out curbside orders in a timely manner or don't offer curbside. The lack of staff is your problem and not the customers. And this wasn't even during peak hours.

Just passing through and needed some nuggets. Staff was so friendly but that bathroom was a 1 star. Yuk! 😫 🤒 😷 It needs an upgrade and some bleach.
