Waiter was terrible!!! Requested quesadilla a la cart..wasn't informed they didn't offer that...charged for grilled chicken which cost $2 more when he didn't even offer shreded chicken...when he brought the order out it was a full order and I told him that is not what she ordered he didn't offer to correct it...IF I go back I will make SURE he is not my waiter ...I will say that the food was good and the other employees were very helpful. This is not the first time that I had problems with this particular waiter! He is arrogant and doesn't pay attention to his customers.

We been coming to Rancho Viejo for probably two years now. Food is always great and we love it when there’s live music.

Food was good server got our drink order and the hint that we were having a meeting. So they keep the drinks full and the questions to an absolute minimum. We did order togo near the end of our visit the food was ready very quick and was very delicious

I never review restaurants and I hate leaving this one but, what happened to this place (I think I know), they use to have really good food, no great food,
I just had their cheese enchiladas and to be honest they were the 2nd worst enchiladas I've ever eaten in my life. I didn't finish the meal. I came home and washed my face, brushed my teeth and used a lot of mouth wash. When I said something their reaction was like oh well. I won't be back and on top of that I'm posting on Facebook.
I must say everything our table had was delicious....from margarita, chips, salsa, Ribeye steak with Shrimp, Bacon wrapped shrimp, and I personally had the Pollo Poblano that was so delicious. We are from Houston, Tx & Dallas, Tx and this food was better to me than the restaurants we eat at. If you are around the area, and you love mexican food and margarita's, you won't be disappointed! Thanks to everyone for being so kind and providing the best service and food!!!! AND this place was very nice and clean inside.

There was a strong smell of rancid canola oil on my plate that put me off. Left overs the next day were even more rancid (Canola oil is made rancid in it's processing and very cheap). Aside from that the fajitas we ordered were served raw and had to be sent back. There were some positives like the rice and refried beans were very good. But for the price, i expected good fajitas. So we're disappointed and probably won't be back.

The food and service was great. The Street Corn and Street tacos were very good. I definitely recommend the Mango Strawberry Mangonada. It is a very tasty alcoholic beverage and great on a hot summer day. My wife had the Madison Dinner and said it was very good. The Flan cannot be beat. Very good. Melissa was an awesome server. Ask for her.
