Try to shop locally, and you get horrible service.Don't expect anything on time. They have no consideration of your time or the fact you are bringing business. The young guy is a little snake and tries to keep you from contacting his manager. Get decent help or let someone else manage this place.

Terrible service. Rude and unprofessional. Could find my order and just laughed and joked around about it. I showed some annoyance and Shawana walked to the back and bad mouthed to her coworker about me. Way to treat a pregnant lady who just wants some pizza.

Good pizza at decent prices. The new location is clean and the staff are friendly.Parking: Parking is a little sketchy given its proximity to the road.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible.

Ordered online and it said that it would be 65 minutes before it was ready. Called to double check the time and the girl answering the phone was very unprofessional and very rude. Another place to pass up in Trinity, TX.

Food was great and the guy that made the pizzas was cheerful and welcoming. The girl who answered the phone when I called in my order first didn't answer saying her name or the name of the establishment. Wasn't very welcoming on the phone at all. Didn't even tell how long it would be. Once I got there she was on the phone with another customer and kept rolling her eyes and was dry with that customer too. Advice to the ppl who own the place...find employees that can be welcoming and cheerful so that the customers feel welcomed and want to come back.

Ordered pizza and wings today. First time ordering. Large and medium pizza with 10 wings. 57.00 dollars, got home and pizza was missing extra toppings mushrooms and black olives. Expensive pizza not to be right. Pizza was ok. Not great in my opinion.

DO NOT ORDER WITU DOORDASH, USE THEIR WEBSITE. Doordash doesn’t talk to them so you won’t get your food

Nothing in Trinity Texas can get more then 3 stars for Atmosphere. Beyond that this is really good pizza. I have been eating this more then I should since I was driving through Trinity and noticed it was there. I usually go to Huntsville for stuff as I am kind of in the middle but I go to Trinity for pizza now cuz I like this place. It beats out Domino's as my new favorite. Some people have complained about wait time which can be long, but if you order online it tells you how long the wait is so you know when to leave the house. Also you get rewards points for free pizza if you create an account and order online. Just check ur email for the coupon code and use it on the online store rather then the phone app as the code would not work on the phone app for me.

Best pizza I've ever had. Everyone loved it and no complaints. Lots of toppings, tasty crust, and the perfect amount of sauce. We'd order from here every week if we didn't live 1 1/2 hours away, but we'll make a point to get pizza here every time we're in Trinity.

I had the Fiesta calzone and at first I was a bit thrown by the price (it's like $17 for one) but then I saw how big it was. I had half for dinner and took the rest to work for lunch the next day. It was delicious. You get what you pay for, for sure.
