If I could give zero stars I would. Wife and I walked in at 10:30 this morning. A man working there was so involved in his cell phone conversation that he refused to wait on us. He stated we will be with you shortly. My wife and I waited for over 10 minutes with no no one even acknowledging us be the only ones in the shop. At the 15 minute mark a young female came out of the office and further ignored us. Then an older male followed shortly behind. Still no service so we left. I feel that as a small town store they should be more observant of the only customers in the shop. But it is not my business. However as a local I will never be back. Short drive to riverside. Much better service now.

I’ve been waiting months to experience this legendary establishment, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint. The sandwich? Elite. The lady who made it? An artist. Michelangelo had the Sistine Chapel; she has the footlong BMT.
But the manager? Whew. She was out there running the place like a boot camp, snapping at employees and trainees like they were trying to launch a rocket instead of making sandwiches. Ma’am, it’s just lettuce, not national security.
Would I come back? Absolutely. Great food, top-tier drama, and a live-action episode of Kitchen Nightmares. 10/10 experience.

The food was ok but The manager was very rude to her employees in front of customers. It made me feel very uncomfortable. She is a middle age Hispanic woman. She should be nicer to them.
