Excellent small town diner. Everything you'd want. We went for lunch, had the steam table. Old-fashioned style 1 meat, veggies, bread, and drink. Way too reasonably priced as well. 2 specials with a dessert under $30.00. I had the hamburger steak with grilled potatoes, cabbage, green beans, and jalapeno cornbread. New owners 8 months ago. Friendly, down home, Southern family feel. They have a steam table so some menu choices are available immediately. Breakfast and lunch, no dinner service yet. Pricing very reasonable.
Had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes smothered in gravy, greens and Cornbread. Love this place. If ever in the Huntsville area, take the few minutes to come to Trinity. Limited hours but worth the drive! Family friendly place to enjoy.
