Didn’t take a minute to see the gentleman working did not want to be there, after the sarcasm directed at the children, lacking knowledge on a simple banana split, we walked out paying a $36.00 tab for 3 single scoop cones, one scoop cup and a two scoop banana split. Not worth it.

Had the cappuccino crunch and was BLOWN AWAY. Super nice staff and generous scoops. Can't wait to come back!
I heard big chill is under new ownership and I really like what they’ve done to the place. It looks brand new and so squeaky clean. I can’t wait to visit.

The pricing is very reasonable and there's outside and inside seating. I ordered a banana snowcone and added banana cream
Alexis had the best customer service at an ice cream place I have ever seen. She served a huge crowd on her first day and did an excellent job plus got the orders right and was really quick!! She also went over closing time just for us.
