This is our go to restaurant for healthy eating in DFW. So many customizations, and so many healthy features. A great place for the family, for a date night, for a work trip, or just to have fun with the gang!

Parking: Easy parking but only a couple dozen spaces. Otherwise park behind the building

The party was supposed tom be Beer, Wine & Soda only. Any mixed drinks were to be paid by the guests. The service crew ran up almost $500 in mixed drinks that I had to pay for.

Didnt eat there. Listed on google as restaurant (very few places to eat in this area), however, it appeared more as a bar. The waiting time at 7 in the evening was about 45 minutes. Did not eat there.

HG Sply truly has something for everyone! It’s the perfect spot whether you’re in the mood for healthy dishes or something more indulgent. The menu is diverse, offering everything from bowls and salads to handhelds, with plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options. The service was outstanding—from the wait staff to the kitchen team. When we received the wrong drink, our server immediately corrected it without hesitation. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, making it an ideal place to unwind. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make the day extra special!

I couldn’t give anything but 5 stars across the board. We hosted a bridal shower in one of their semi private rooms(Base camp) this past weekend. Leiland and Ava went above and beyond! The booking and coordinating process was easy. Food and beverage minimum more than fair. On the day of the event, my sandal broke while decorating and Leiland was more than accommodating. The food was great! We selected the bowl buffet and every item was very good - flavorful and portioned appropriately. Ava’s service was great. She anticipated our needs and stepped in before even being asked. 10/10 would recommend using them for any event in the area!
