Dear Mr. Kim (I hope that is your nameš). I have frequented your store for several years now. The Atmosphere is welcoming, the product selection plentiful and always greeted with a warm smile. That is the warmth of Kim's donuts all day, every day. On several occasions I have been disappointed to find that my favorites had run out. I understood that is the price to pay for everything I previously mentioned. Because of this excellence, others knew the popularity of your store and woke up early so they would be able to secure their favorites. That is through no fault of your own that you have popular products that many crave. I understood that the solution lies with myself. Knowing this, I get up early and try to arrive at a reasonable time to grab one of my favorites. I wanted to write this to thank you. We are happy that you chose Trophy Club to open your business. I was just reading a review that left me speechless. I don't think you need to apologize for something like running out of food. That kind of solution lies with us, the customer. Get up early if you want your favorite. Even vending machines run out!!!!!

Iāve been going to Kimās since high school and they genuinely make the best kolaches and donuts in the Trophy Club/ Roanoke area! Their service is also superb. I was just in there and a customer had a complaint but, their goal to please was extremely apparent when he tried to leave but she stopped him to give him his order for free! Not to mention his complaint was completely unjustified as I saw the entire conversation. You donāt see that anywhere! I will continue to support Kimās for as long as I live in this area! They are truly the best there.

Kimās Donuts is the best! Not only are the donuts super fluffy, but the people there are also incredibly kind. I emailed them last minute to order āHappy Birthdayā letter-shaped donuts for my daughter, and they replied within 10 minutes. The donuts turned out sooo cute and made her birthday extra special. Highly recommend!

I LOVE Kimās donuts!!! My go-to donut shop! Donuts are a great price, they taste AMAZING (i donāt go to many other places because they have set such a high standard for me), and everybody is so kind!!! I always get these for my birthday and we use to get them every sunday!! Hugely recommend!!

Came here with my parents and little sister on the way to college for move in. Man, their kolaches were some of the best I ever had. Doughnuts were some of the best I ever had (both blueberry and red velvet are HIGHLY reccomend in my opinion). Owners were very kind and the atmosphere was just so clean and organized. If I could I'd be giving 10/5 stars. Highly recommend!
