I’ve been going to Kim’s since high school and they genuinely make the best kolaches and donuts in the Trophy Club/ Roanoke area! Their service is also superb. I was just in there and a customer had a complaint but, their goal to please was extremely apparent when he tried to leave but she stopped him to give him his order for free! Not to mention his complaint was completely unjustified as I saw the entire conversation. You don’t see that anywhere! I will continue to support...

Kim’s Donuts is the best! Not only are the donuts super fluffy, but the people there are also incredibly kind. I emailed them last minute to order “Happy Birthday” letter-shaped donuts for my daughter, and they replied within 10 minutes. The donuts turned out sooo cute and made her birthday extra special. Highly recommend!
