Always have a pleasant experience with this little restaurant :) I'm normally kind of shy when it comes to ordering individual items as the store member builds the bowl but every time I come in to Poki Bowl I get team members that seem understanding of my timidness and always assure me I'm being totally normal which makes ordering quick and painless lol

Amazing to have this option, but just wish it was slightly better. I went today and brown rice was not cooked well at all which made lunch hard to enjoy. And they were out of several ingredients. When you're paying $20 for a bowl, you can't miss on those. Bummer.

We love this poke place and it is by far the best in the area. I’ve tried a bunch and the only other one we frequent regularly is Malibu poke in Dallas. Highly recommend!

Had take out lunch at PokiBowl today, and it was the worst experience I've had at this restaurant. They are more expensive than other poki places but they usually are quite generous with portions which makes the extra cost worth while.
Today, I ordered 2 regular size poki bowls, and the first one was barely half full. The 2nd bowl was slightly better because I said something.
I've noticed a significant variance in portion sizes depending on who is working.
I don't mind paying the higher cost of their prices but not when they are trying to give me as little food as possible. Do better.

never have i ever been so disappointed in my life. ordered it thru uber eats & delivery was fine! order was completely wrong so, got my refund thru the app; however, im so annoyed. 3 bowls of food ALL WRONG. not the right rice, not the right amount of food??? you think spending upwards of $70 on food would mean it would be correct. literally so pissed off! the whole order is practically wasted and worthless. don’t recommended this place.
