Excellent service from Don Juan, Juanita and the rest of the team. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is okay. Their customer service rocks and their food is amazing. My daughter is a big fan of their Very Berry French Toast. We always end up with a smile in our face and obviously would recommend this place to anyone in the area that hasn’t had a chance to try it.

Had the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and tortilla soup. Everything was wonderful with great flavor. Chicken fried steak was thick and tender, mashed potatoes were real red potatoes and the tortilla soup although not the star of the meal was great.

Absolutely amazing! I work in the same shopping center and depend on their espresso when I’m running behind and can’t make coffee at home. The espresso itself is top notch, I would rank them up there with Starbucks.. maybe better than 151. As far as their edibles, I am absolutely obsessed with their turkey bacon club! Starwood is a solid choice in trophy club for all your breakfast/lunch needs… my heart goes out to all the staff as well. The team is stellar and always makes me feel welcomed, conversations flow easy. I have seen them packed to the gills on a Saturday morning— line out the door, and customer service is ALWAYS excellent. I’m so lucky to have this little gem so close to our salon ❤️❤️

We came in rushing because we had a sport event and they gave us the fastest breakfast (chilaquiles, waffles & avocado toast) ever. Super tasty and fast

Nice crispy bacon and great omelettes. The very berry crepes are light and fruity, not overly sweet.

Starwood Cafe is our go-to for breakfast, whether it's our four-person family or if we have a larger group. The service is fantastic - orders are taken quickly and accurately, waters and coffee are continually refilled, and servers are friendly.

Food comes out quickly and hot, not to mention it's delicious. Family favorites are the Nutella and banana crepes, mediterranean omelet, huevos rancheros, and the cheeseburger.

I stopped by the trophy club Starwood today and I had the breakfast burrito. The burrito was the smallest breakfast burrito I every seen. It was good but not filling. There is one thing I don't like is when I have to ask for a refill on coffee. This was my second time to have breakfast here and the first time I had to ask for coffee. It must be common.

Basic fare for a cafe. Pancakes were fine. Bacon was completely burnt and no refills offered. Place was half empty so no excuses

Been here twice while visiting from Wisconsin. Excellent service both times, and will come back to Texas simply for Starwood cafe. Highly recommend! Great service and great food.<3

Only rating it a 2 stars because the staff was nice but the food was bland absolutely no flavor. Atmosphere was deceiving. The portion were toddler sizes.

Food was okay. Service was good. But having to be seated across from the restroom doors opening and closing every few mins, and the nasty odor and smell of the stuff coming to you from the restrooms is a big no no

How about move the cashier Hub to the front of the restrooms and the 3-4 tables from the front of the restrooms to where the cashier hub is at the moment? This will solve a major health issue problem.

I totally expected to love this place due to the reviews, but their food leaves a lot to be desired to my taste buds. The first time I went, I dined in. The meal was so bland and tasteless I sent it back and ordered something else. The replacement was okay--tolerable, not great. The second time I went I had take out. This was the absolute worst French toast I've ever tasted. There's no way anybody can tell me this is really French toast. Where is the egg mixture it was supposed to be soaked in?! This wasn't even dabbed. It was dry as dead wood, had zero flavor, and not even syrup could save it. I didn't even finish it. It went into the trash. I don't know if there are any redeemable dishes at this restaurant, but I'm staying away. I wish I had a pic of my first bad meal from here, but I didn't think to take one. This is the last straw.
