i had put in an online order about a half hour ahead of time, i get here, she hasnt even started on mine yet because of the line that continues to pile on her!
i dont know WHY some establishments think its a good idea to leave ONE person by themselves to handle the whole store AND the potential rush of ANY part of the day....but please stop! get at least 2 people on every shift!

Go to Subway at 309 Trophy Lake Drive, because I just needed a quick 3 sandwiches for my family at closing time and at the front were Ryan and Cayden which both of them did such an amazing job while we were ordering getting exactly what we needed and they both took so much care in taking our order. I highly recommend Subway but Ryan and Cayden made our night and we absolutely loved the food. The atmosphere was very clean and Ryan and Cayden were so nice at doing their job, god bless them. 🙏😇

Walked in for a late lunch and waited in line for the lady in front of me to finish. A lady next door walked in grabbed chips and a drink. Lady behind the counter ask her if that’s all she was getting and checked her out. Ignored me standing there and didn’t say a word to me. Did not ask if it was okay to check her out before me. I know she was just getting a drink chips and cookie but still. Just kind of experience I would expect in the goof rich town. Skip this exit and go to the next town. Way better food and service

It is Friday lunch time, and this store only had one lady working so hard to make sandwich for so many customers. I would say Subway do need to make sure they care their employees, the happier the employee is, the better service they can provide.
