Disappointed by the customer service.
Placed a to-go order and picked it up at the counter from a young girl working the counter. Since the restaurant was empty (we were the only ones there and it had just opened), my friend and I asked if we could sit and eat our food inside. The response we got from the little girl was, “Did you guys tip?” — said with a face (😬) that made it clear we weren’t welcome. I asked, “Tip for what? For picking up my food?” We weren’t expecting any service at all — just to sit, eat quickly, and clean up after ourselves. Even if she were to provide service (which of course we would tip for), asking if we are tipping is insane to me.
She eventually said it was fine since no one else was there, but the interaction had already made us uncomfortable enough to leave.
The food was actually halfway decent, and we work right across the street, so we would’ve come back regularly. But after that experience? Definitely not returning. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in the service industry.

The food is tasty and portions good. The reason for low review is their business practices of having to scan a QR code to get the real price of an item listed on the menu for a different price! Who does that? The server didn’t point that out and upon checkout just said, “Well, it’s posted.”

Ordered delivery. Driver got lost then left the food at the door without letting us know so it sat getting cold until we called to ask if he was still lost. Pho had no seasoning. Even adding chili oil and hoison sauce, I needed to add salt. Veggies were mush. Orange chicken dish was watered down, so kids wouldn't eat. Curry was ok but bland. Beef was rubbery in drunken noodles. Oh and fairly dry for a sauced noodle. Given the price, I expected higher quality

The staff were not friendly. I (gay male) came in with my partner around last week and the waitress there looked at us like a deer in headlights. I heard her laughing behind our backs and calling us a plethora of slurs when she thought we weren’t listening to her. Terrible business, tell your staff to get it together.

Terrible service. That waitress apparently knew my daughter and had a few revolting things to say to her. The waitress was also extremely rude when I paid for our food, or seemed if she was waiting for a bigger tip than what I gave her. Overall horrible service and I won't be coming here again.

Bad service and bad food. Sassy waitress who would love to argue with you!
This is one of the best Thai food that we have had. All the plates were delicious.

Food is fantastic, definitely some of the best Thai in the area.
Service is quick and friendly.
Food is very flavorful, which is a common problem at a lot of other restaurants in the area. And they do a great job of balancing flavor and spiciness.

This place is very hit or miss. The actual Thai dishes are good. Curries and drunken noodle are very good and good portions. However, the “stir fry” Chinese style food is bland and pale. The meats are clearly boiled and flavorless. Very tiny portions on the orange chicken and the other entrees. Fried rice is not fried and only has a scant pea and carrot.

Lunch food prep is generally a better dining experience than evening. The wait staff is a long ways from perfect but then again who is. But on a good day with the right cook working. It generally is a good dining experience, sans alcohol.

Takeaway ordered Pork stirfry with chinese broccoli and yam son sen. The chinese broccoli was super bitter like it become when it is old. The rice was horribly dry. Like at least a day old. Literally inedible. Spice levels totally off. The mild dish was spicy and the yam wonsen had absolutely no flavor.

The staff was friendly and nice. The restaurant is clean. I order the Khao Soi spice level 4 and shared a dessert of mango sticky rice.

We ordered to go food and I was excited to have a place close. The food was bland, the order was incorrect, shrimp fried rice included one piece of shrimp and the fried cheesecake tasted like it was battered with onions. We won’t be back.
